Wanted to adopt and save a dog from a shelter. Shelter was going to transport the dog from Tennessee to Pennsylvania, was told we need to put a deposit down to secure transport spot for the dog. On two separate occasions the transport was canceled last minute. When getting a bad feeling about the company not holding up their end when they said we asked for a refund. The dog is now being adopted by someone else apparently and we can not get the deposit back. There was no paper work or ever verbal commitment stating no refundable deposit. Places like this make should not be allow to operate. Someone help shut this place down.
