Avoid this company despite their attractive product line. They are unresponsive and unprofessional as well as disinterested in customer’s satisfaction beyond the initial purchase.

Bought a watch band from the company last October that turned out to be a poor fit. I was told that the company does not take returns but issues credit.

The band cost almost $100.

I FedExed the merchandise back, submitted the receipt and shipping information, and despite numerous attempts to resolve the situation, have never received a response. The phone number listed online is not functional.

Resolved: No way to reach a live person with a product complain.

The watch I purchased will not hold a charge. I tried numerous ways to reach out to Lilienthal Berlin but either not able to reach anyone or get the standard BS about being overwhelmed and "thank you for your patience".

They were very quick to take my money!

I am really fed up with poor customer support and will NOT do business with any company that does not respect their customers. I recommend that you NOT consider purchasing from Lilienthal Berlin.

Scam Concern

Recipients did not like the look. They were opened but in origianl boxes and in new/perfect condition.

They emailed that they do not offer cash returns, only credit for future purchase.

I had to search their website for anything stating that policy. Evntually found it under return policy.

I have tried repeatedly to reach them but no one answers and they don't respond to my emails.

I tried to cancel an order the same day my wife ordered duplicate merchandise. I was told it was too late to do so.

My wife's order arrived in days, no problem. My order never arrived, yet I was billed for it. The shipper claims he made multiple failed attempts to deliver and returned the watch to Lilienthal Berlin. LB has ignored all my correspondence regarding this second watch or a refund.

Any phone numbers found online for the company don't work. In addition, the catch on the metal band doesn't hold, and I am reluctant to send it to LB for repair for fear that I will never see the watch again.

Watch not working

The watch is not keeping time very well. I have not worn the watch since I received it, Feb 20.The BOT did not understand my desire to speak with a human.

Replaced the watch in the box.

2 months later the watch had lost 4 hrs.

Adjustment of the chronometer

I received my watche with order number 2023 33****84

The watch has a good looking but this week I wanted to adjust the zero of the chronograph

I pulled the button in position 3 and pushed for 2 secondes the start/stop button along with the reset one, I could adjust the the hand of the second to zero but by pushing on the reset button to go to ajust the hand of the minute the hand of the second went counter clockwise, I could not find a combination to go to the adjustment of the hand of the minutes, the hand of the hours is always activated and I cannot access it for adjustment, now if I pull the button in position 3 I can immediately change the zero of the seconds without pushing start/stop and reset together which seams strange to me i if I push the start/ stop the hand of the second pose clockwise if I push the reset it goes counterclockwise, I guess the adjustment method is not right but could find any adjustment manuals for the specific solar watche

Can you help me with the proper adjustment for this chronometer
