Terrible Bank
This is very bad bank. The scam is not banking.
My account was closed for no reason. When I opened this bank account I opened it as a business. They put in my personal name like it's not a business account. I got a deposit that was held stating the deposit wasn't in my name.
Of course it is in my businesses name. I opened my account with my business address they send my debit card to another address. So my card had to be forwarded to me. This Lili company can only have 1 bank account per person.
Meaning. If you have one account with them that's it.
i unknowingly tried to get another account for my other business and my account was closed citing no reasons. This is a scam not a bank.
- You can only have 1 account with them
- Customer service is terrible
- Customer service closes down early
Preferred solution: Full refund
