Deceived By LightSpeed Consumer Panel

I took a survey, for LightSpeed Consumer Panel, which promised to award me 400 points after completing the 30 minute survey. I spent over 30 minutes on the survey. I completed the survey, and it didn't award me the 400 points. This was a clear case of deception. In another case: I have taken some surveys for LightSpeed, and not received points. I complained to them, and then they deny it when they know that sometimes their software doesn't work right, and doesn't award the points. And I know that sometimes the points are awarded a week or two later, and that isn't what I am talking about. And speaking of how some points take weeks to be awarded. I am sure many people forget they are owed these points, a little trick LightSpeed uses to cheat people out of points. LightSpeed Consumer Panel is greedy, and has no ethics. They don't have the BBB symbol on their front page for a reason.
