Pentair will NOT stand behind their products. My $700 color changing light is dead. I've installed 3 diff pools in my life and never heard of a light blowing out in 10 yrs, nevermind 2 or 3 Pentair blew me off saying I'm out of warranty. SHAME ON PENTAIR. This disgusts me....

First it started blinking like mad - then, nothing at all. Pentair would do nothing for me.
I should've known when they sent someone to try fixing my remote control which never worked either.....I installed a switch and the blinking began. My pool co says I didn't need a transformer with my circuit box....now I'm finding Pentairs lights are bad and they refuse to stand behind their products AFTER I JUST BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE THINKING MINE WAS AN ISOLATED INCIDENT. Trust me, if this light goes out soon - I'll start a class action suit. This is just wrong.

I have purchased 6 IlumiBowls and all 6 have failed! I have followed instructions, tested batteries, etc.
and nothing has helped. I loved the IlumiBowl while it worked, but it had a short lifespan.
So disappointing! I am not going to take a chance on another one!

I paid nearly $3000 for a pair of pool lights. They tell me that the warranty is good only for one year.
The “Mercedes” of pool products, yet they won’t guarantee them for more than one year.
Sounds like they don’t have much confidence in what they sell. Their customer service also sucks. NPS for this company a 3.
