Failure to deliver my product

I ordered 2 lights 361 dollars for both . Billed immediately.

No one ever sent me an email about delivery date or status as do other venues . I called customer service to find out whats going on couldnt get a human at all . Frustrating . Then via email someone responded a week later saying estimated delivery would be 4/11 by 7 pm.

4/11 came only 1 light was delivered. Frustrated I couldnt get a human on the phone . Finally an email stated a day or 2 later ups damaged the light and would resend the same light for me to inspect . That date came and gone , no light.

Via email someone told me they , ups would now not the deliver the light and they will let me know whats happening next . I got a phone call from a rep named Stanley stating the light would be returned to them and a new light would be sent out from New Jersey so its closer to Fl. Now to date needless to say I have no light and have no idea of a pending delivery date for the supposed new light coming to my home. If I do not received word of a delivery and or communication about my light or receive it shortly discover card is Already aware of a dispute filed with lights.com.

I would love my light please. I need 2. One is useless to me . Im am hoping for resolve this coming week and any communication would be appreciated.

Lights.com Very Poor Customer service

If you order from this site, first know they are very expensive but the products are not as they appear in the photos and I ordered LED wax covered candles which broke and did not fit into the candleabras we purchased (they should be standard) and they did not come with the glass holder which is NOT SPECIFIC. When you go to write a review they will NOT show any NEGATIVE reviews. When I called customer service, even though I spent $180 they would not help me and when I asked for a manager, she was conveniently not available but she would "call me tomorrow" NOT!
