I need to speak with the supervisor

My complaint is about your company not fulfilling their job. I spent almost $7000 and I came out. Looking just like I went in This is not good. I've been to other people. And they said I should keep talking to you all because it's not right that you all did not refund my money to me. What's so bad about it, is I kept telling them I wasn't seeing any difference, there reply was oh girl we got you, so true they get me,it should not matter that I finish on the treatments it's not right.

I field this out times when I get done and try to send it go away someone needs to call me.The treatments did not work for me like I was told im not happy at all I still have my sagging neck my scars are still the same I went in debt for nothing I told them I wasn't seeing any difference the reply was oh you will give it time so when my treatment was over still the same except on one arm the elbow looked better seven thousands dollars in debt no way I feel like I should not have to pay back that kind of for nothing I would like someone to call me Everytime I try to take a picture I lose

Their negligence cost me a trip to urgent care

Their negligence cost me a trip to urgent care. The esthetician wrongfully applied a chemical sunscreen to my face where it was noted in my initial consultation & file Ive had allergic reactions to.

They claimed it was the post laser treatment of Aerolase which was only targeted on my jawline/chin. It was clear that my eyes & face were swollen/red as a result from an allergic reaction which didnt onset til hours later to the next day once the product absorbed into my skin. Then they claimed they never used a sunscreen post treatment and that it was the transformation cream, but Ive already been using that for two weeks and never had a reaction. Isnt it standard practice to apply sunscreen after any laser treatment anyways so were they denying to avoid accountability?

They keep denying the facts considering the evidence and proof. Read their employee Glassdoor reviews, theyre unhappy and unethical and they value sales over safety.

Fraudulent company

Light RX face and body do not have medical grade equipment. They charge more than a Dr would. The technicians are NOT trained . No Dr is on staff or present at any location . Beware theyre only trained to sell expensive packages in the thousands when the results are non existent.

Hello

I have submitted 2 claims and contacted LightRX in Okemos, Michigan, regarding not being able to continue services due to a bad reaction that I had to the bliss treatment. I was excited to start my weight loss journey but after receiving 1 bliss treatment, I had severe stomach cramps for 7 days!

My family doctor advised me not to continue treatment as he thought it irritated my umbilical hernia surgery.

I contacted the Okemos location and told them what I was advised. The office Manager was nice until I told her that I couldn't continue treatments and started throwing out all these unnecessary personal accusations. My contract was for 1 treatment area, which included 3-4 bliss treatments and several lipo treatments, and skin tightening for around $4,100. I only had 1 treatment period (out of my whole package), no skin tightening,no other lipo treatments, and she is charging me $2,000!!!

I am no math wizard, but that is almost half of the whole entire package! She then proceeded to tell the claim department that I had 1 treatment but two areas, So then why wouldn't my bill of been closer to 8000 for the 2 treatment package? I had a one-treatment area package, and I only had 1 treatment with nothing else! There is no way that, realistically, I should owe $2,000 for 1 treatment of a whole package of $4000 that I didn't receive!

Maybe if I had received some lipo or skin tightening treatments, I could understand the extra charges, but I didn't. I only had 1 treatment.

I feel that I was wrongfully charged an accessive amount! If this seriously can not be resolved in a realistic manner, I will submit this to the better bureau agency, and I will hire a lawyer. This is ridiculous, and I highly doubt this company is hard up on sales that they have to take advantage of a person.

I am willing to pay up to $900 for 1 treatment but there is no way I received $2,000 (half of my package with 1 treatment).

I would appreciate someone taking this seriously and not trying to take advantage of people.

That is just flat-out bad business.

I look forward to hearing from someone, and maybe even Rich Morgan would like to know how Lightrx takes advantage of people. They didn't even give me paperwork or consent until after I started my treatment.

When they found out that I was using Groupon they treated me differently, and not in a good way.

I was not treated well, When they realized I was using Groupon. I didnt feel well and I was trying to reschedule no one called me back and I had to wait for a call back, Im still waiting.
