I am the President of Attach Families nonprofit organization and just experienced the unprofessional and inappropriate treatment of my child from this facility. I tried to be professional and reached out to the CEO Chris Little on LinkedIn so we could discuss.
Below is what I wrote to him;
"Thank you for accepting my connection request. I am the Founder and President of Attach Families nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support for parents and caregivers of children with severe behaviors due to trauma, abuse, and neglect. I am reaching out to you because my son was just discharged from your facility, and I believe in transparency and honesty. As the President of Attach Families, I have tons of experience with facilities such as yours.
I think you might want to discuss it before I share my experience with all of the members and followers of my organization. I would be happy to have a scheduled conversation with you to tell you our experience from beginning to end. Please let me know what you decide.
His response, was to BLOCK me. Beyond unprofessional.
I will be reporting this facility as well as advising all of my Families in my organization to stay away from this facility.
I also during my multiple phone calls desperate for any information on my child offered his case manager and the Director free training from Attach Families Org. for their staff and the program for adolescents.
None of these places are "great", or doing things right by our children from beginning to end, but the Lighthouse has to be the bottom of the barrel.

Preferred solution: Proper paperwork and an apology from the CEO and Director, as well as an apology from the case manager and the therapist and psychiatrist. Written apologies for the completely unprofessional treatment of me and my child, and the false documentation.

- - They took me off thyroid meds and pushed one diet.
- - They set up CareCredit with GE Money Bank.
Lighthouse Health or Burn fat Utah do not go there it says guaranteed weight loss but there is not one he almost killed me he took me off my thyroid pills he only wanted me to take what he gave me he said that he had a diet for all body types but we were all on the same diet DO NOT DO NOT go there save your money i hope this helps someone out there he will set you up with a cars called care credit it's from G.E money bank i had not worked for 18 years and he got it for me it makes you think how could he do that

I lost over 60 lbs! I was on several different medications, dieted, worked out with ZERO results. True health is achieved with good nutrition and balancing the body from within first. Thank you Dr.
