Resolved: Refun issue
- - Signed up 3 months ago for hardship.
- - Cancelled contract on 10/9/24; 10/14 notices claim debt was settled.
- - Refund may take up to 60 days.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Lighthouse Finance solution refunded the entire amount I paid less processing fees.

No I will resolve debt issues on my own.
I signed up 3 months ago for financial hardship issue, then this month decided to reach out and settle with debtors myself. I called Lighthouse to cancel my contract on 10/9/24.
Then on 10/14/24 I received e mails, texts from Lighthouse informing me they had settled one of my debts. I called Lighthouse back to inquire and they had not canceled my contract from prior week.
Now they are delaying my refund and advising it could take up to 60 days for refund check. I have called and get different answers please beware of this company, settle your debts yourself.
