I ordered the wrong bulb and they made it right for me. Shipping was a little slow, but the company seems to be reliable and their customer service was really good.

Awful Customer Service
- CS replied in 24 hours but didn't answer bulb length.
- Expedited shipping cost $55, but delivery took 2 weeks; refunds not provided.
Contacted LSE to check bulb length (web page had very little info) and speed of shipping. CS promptly responded in about 24 hours, and while they didn't answer my length question, they did say "it's the right bulb" and "order now, we'll ship Tuesday, it'll arrive in 4-5 days." I ordered and paid $55 extra for expedited shipping -- hoping to get it even sooner.
However, a few days later I received tracking that the bulbs will arrive in 2 weeks. When I wrote LSE to ask why so long, all they wrote back was "It takes longer to get to where you're at." This didn't answer why there was a delay and it's very different than what I was first told, so I again wrote and pointed out that 2 weeks isn't "expedited" and I was clearly misinformed by their CS, so I think it's fair they refund the difference I paid for expedited over standard. Their only response was "We don't work for USPS and can't tell them how to do their jobs." I get that CS can be a rough job, but no need to be a jerk. My emails were polite, and they didn't have to refund me the difference, but they certainly could've responded in a number of better ways.
Needless to say the bulbs took just over 2 weeks for my "expedited" shipping. I would've ordered from elsewhere had I known it would take so long.
My guess is the CS team didn't care and just wanted me to buy something? Just hope the bulbs are the right ones, but I'm not holding my breath considering CS blatantly lied up front.
User's recommendation: If you need LSE bulbs specifically, buy from Amazon. I had a great experience there, and the seller might've been LSE (it was called Light Ship Direct), but the web page had WAY more details so I knew I had the right bulb, the reviews are helpful, shipping was MUCH cheaper and faster.

Two years in a row with these bulbs being bad if you can' t supply people with a working product maybe you need another product to sell! Your customer service is horrible .You tell customers you'll send another bulb out and receive nothing !You say again your sending a bulb out and again nothing I live one state away from you it doesn't take weeks to get me a replacement !I have to find another way to purify my water because I can't do this again .I'm 72 years old this is way to much!Do NOT Deal with this company or Amazon !

Repeated vulgar sales calls
- Spectrum caller harassed our staff for an hour.
- He used profanity and told staff to 'F off'.
- Calls persist; support disconnects.
A man stating his with Spectrum has called our business for the last hour and insisted on speaking with someone who does not work out of this office. He then proceeded to call my employee a f*n expletive and told her and I and anyone else who answered the phone to F off.
He says you have a great product! He is very heavily Asian(?) East Indian(?) accented and we cannot understand him or get him to stop calling!!
When I try to call customer service I just get disconnected. Will be turning them into the State!

Not happy with light spectrum enterprises
- Purchased two F4T5 3500K bulbs; color differs from other 3500K bulbs.
- Bulbs match a 4100K 'cool white' bulb; no markings; attempted email/phone.
i recently purchased two fluorescent tubes from this company, namely the f4t5 /w 3500k. the bulb colour does not match the colour of my other 3500 k bulbs but it matches a bulb i have which is labelled cool white ( 4100 k ).
there is no writing on the bulb. in the last week i have attempted to contact this company twice by email and numerous times by phone for the correct product or a refund.
when you call them you get to hear a message that states it would be quicker to contact them using email. very unprofessional so far in my opinion.
