I recently purchased 2 Sandy Shores candles from American Greetings. The candles did not seem to have the wicks placed correctly as they only burned for short time then went out.

When i tried to relight them they burned into a pool. I tried to contact the company to provide feedback, but they have no website, no customer service number. I contacted the store regarding the defective product, but because candles were a sale item not much resolution could be offered.

I definitely will not be purchasing products from this company again. Any business that does not welcome/encourage feedback from its customers will find itself quickly out of business.

PATRIOT CANDLE ONLY BURNED 1/3 OF THE WAY

I PURCHASED MANY PATRIOT CANDLES FROM WALGREENS AND HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH ALL BUT THE 20 OUNCE "BRAZILIAN NECTAR" WHICH ONLY BURNED 1/3 OF THE WAY AND WENT OUT. I TRIED RELIGHTING IT, BUT IT BURNED INTO A POOL.

THIS MORNING I TRIED TO EMAIL "LIGHT HOUSE HOME PRODUCTS" TO COMPLAIN, HOWEVER, I COULDN'T FIND A COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT. WALGREENS HAS ALWAYS BEEN ACCOMMODATING WHEN I HAD PROBLEMS, SO I HOPE THEY CAN HELP ME WITH THIS.

I OFTEN USE THESE AS GIFTS.

CERTAINLY AM GLAD I DIDN'T GIVE THIS ONE!
