Horrible customer service
Have an issue ? Good luck getting ahold of anyone above your local gym , no customer support , terrible billing , 10/10 would not use any of their umbrella gyms again , customer support number listed but no one answer !!!

Customer requested for two stops. After completing the first ride, he entered a hotel building and took to long to come out to continue with second and last ride. Waited more than 5 minutes and left
