Poorly Run Company/Don't Use Them
Stay away from this company! Their prices are too high, they propose schedules they know they can't meet, they rarely return phone calls unless requesting money, they offer way too many excuses and they provide a warranty that they will not stand behind.
Since Lifetime Enclosures refused to inspect our lanai after completion, I paid for a certified building inspector to look at the Lanai. He told me that the gutters were not installed properly so I now have a drainage problem. The main gutter was pitched incorrectly which has resulted in pooling in the middle/center of the gutter. Failure is inevitable and will be costly!
Contacted Lifetime Encloses several times by phone and emailed my claim with photographs to five Enclosure employees. After six months of repeated phone calls, still no response.
The next step is legal intervention. I highly recommend potential customers go elsewhere!

Buyer Beware
We agreed to the over $7000 price because the salesman talked about the high grade of materials and the company ethics and reputation they had. So we asked them to put up a Patio Cover.
It took about three months for them to begin and when they finished we had and still have almost 100 leaks when it rains. I have asked them a couple of times to come fix them but it is almost a month now. Unfortunately I have paid them all but $700 of the bill.
I knew we should have held off on giving them the $3000 we gave them two weeks ago. So I say buyer beware.

Lifetime Enclosures
We had Lifetime Enclosures come out and measure for a screen room and patio roof. Secretary called a few days later to see if we were satisfied.
Told her we had not heard from anyone regarding quote. Salesman called and tersely asked for e-mail address. Still no quote.
Later saw Lifetime Enclosures at a Home and Patio Show and told them the story, they apologized and said someone would get right back to us.(Original salesman was there as well!!) To date, we have not gotten a quote. Save yourself some aggravation and avoid them, they don't need business evidently.
