Very poor customer service. They made an appointment with us at 4:30pm which is there quitting time!
Noone was at the office at 4:35pm. Have you ever been 5 mins late? Moving elderly people is tough to begin with and to have them make an appointment and not be there 5mins afterward is ridiculous, wouldn't you agree? Anyone who has worked with the elderly knows they are slow and giving them a little grace time is always appreciated.
Dr. Sexton was not accommodating at all and I would not recommend anyone take their elderly parent to this establishment. They have no compassion for customers or concern for their time involved in transporting the elderly to their facility.
It is very difficult when they have walkers, bad back issues, etc etc. VERY disappointed in the customer service.
