AI Highlights
  • - Could not reach step-mom after many calls; concerned due to hip injury.
  • - They claimed the lockbox code wasn't on file, then said they had it.

Yesterday we were unable to get in touch with my step-mother after numerous calls and banging on her. She has fallen previously and broke her hip, so we were concerned. She had a {{{redacted}}} lockbox on her door so I called the 800 number at {{{redacted}}} to get the combination. After giving her my name, her name, phone numbers and addresses they finally told me that they did not have the combination because my step mother never called it in. We were just about ready to kick the door in when my step mother shows up from shopping.

I called {{{redacted}}} back to give them the door code and now they tell me that they did have it all along, they just lied to me because they were not sure who I was, even though I am the primary person on record.

I would think twice about signing up with this company. Very poor customer service.

Cons:
  • Operator
