Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I just sent back the vibration plane n got a refund very happy with no aggravation I love my fist purchase the weights

You took my money immediately after the purchase and I didn't have it in my possession. I returned it with the label you provided, and UPS picked it up.

I now have been charged 59.99 and now today I got charged 9.99 what is going on now my rent is due I'm short the money u goes have charged my card I got my bank involved cuz it seems nothing. Is getting taken care of now I'm going to get charged late fees for my rent

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was finally able to get warranty issued.
Have tried for two days numerous times via phone, leaving messages requesting call back, and email with no response. Company policy is to activate warranty within 7 Days of receiving product to qualify for warranty.
Registration not working via QR scan or company site. Customer service is non-existent!
