Can't Log In

It took me posting a complaint on the BBB before they finally answered me and let me log in. Now I have a different issue with them that they are ignoring me about.

They have sent me no e-mail invitations to take surveys since this all started in March and there are no available surveys on their website to take. I check their site every day and there is nothing.

It feels like they are trying to get my account canceled because it says in their terms and agreements that if you don't take surveys for a certain amount of time they will terminate you. I am at my wit's end with them.

The answers I received from them were not helpful. They keep telling me over and over to turn off my VPN.

I do not and never have had a VPN. I have been with their company since it existed and have not made any changes to my computer. They are not reading through all the tickets I submitted thoroughly or they would not keep mentioning the VPN. I believe they have disabled my account since I also stopped receiving e-mail invitations from them at the same time I was locked out.

This should have been fixed by now. This is not how you treat good customers.

I take surveys on which is one of their sites and for the past 3 weeks, they won't let me log in telling me my account is temporarily unavailable. Customer service is no help and now they are ignoring me. I have over 200,000 points that I have no access to. I wasted all that time taking surveys for nothing.

User's recommendation: Don't Bother.

LifePoints took over MySurvey. No better... F
Since my last review of MySurvey, they have changed hands. They are now called LifePoints. Well problems have not improved one bit. First, I could log in, immediately I got prompted to disable adblocker. (I have several running.) Now WHY do they think people install those things in the first place??? But ok, I paused all of them, tried again, and again and again. Nope.... Sent in at least 4 support tickets, all about a week apart, and nothing. NO reply, NO NOTHING. PILES of survey invites, I just delete because well what's the point? I can't take them and haven't heard from so called support. Not good. One day I got 4 copies of the same reply, they had site issues, it's resolved. COOL! Ok, try a few surveys. Got in just fine and without even fiddling around with adblockers. Thought at least that much was fixed. BUT there are issues with the surveys now. I took a long one, page after page after page, and at the very end I get "sorry you were screened out." Screened out? AFTER pages of questions? ONE QUESTION should be all that is needed. "Do you buy or use XXX, no? Ok, your screened out." NOT after I fill out some dozen or more pages of questions. GRRRRRRR A few more had issues though not as bad. Such as "how many people are in your company?" Well how about asking if I even WORK at a company? Or work at all???? No way past that other than to lie. Seems pointless to me. And after about two days, suddenly I'm back to not being able to get past the disable your adblock thing. I HAVE. I even clicked the link they sent to "show me how." (Even though I know how to enable and disable adblock.) But I looked at their instruction page. Which is WRONG! And their instructions are dated 2015. I took a screen shot of their incorrect useless instructions, circling the instruction which does not exist on my browser, I took another screen shot showing my extensions and that adblock and popup block are disabled... send it in and said until I get a reply or this is fixed I'm just deleting surveys. That was 4 days ago. (Their auto reply says they will get back to me in 5 days so I will wait.) Meanwhile WHY can't they send ONE note that you have surveys waiting? NO! I get sometimes DOZENS clogging up my inbox and more pop in all day long. Be nice if I could actually take a few. I will give them time to fix this mess, being as they just took over I can imagine lots of bugs. Of all the survey sites I've tried, this one has always paid out the most. And I do enjoy taking them for the most part. (Especially when I get to test something for real.) But I have a feeling this is NOT going to improve. And I think I'm done wasting my time on broken sites. Already cashed out what little I had and will probably loose a few hundred points, not enough to redeem. So far I'd rate this new site a big fat F.
