Not pissed
- The trolling motor manual warns against using a lithium battery.
- The user asks if external BMS can bypass the warning or if the BMS stops spikes.
My trolling motor manual says not to use a lithium battery. Can I get around this with BMS installed outside of your battery or will your batteries BMS stoop the spikes in voltage warned about by the trolling motor manufactuer?

Verified Buyer |VERY bad batteries and customer service
- Poor customer service with delayed tracking and unanswered questions; battery arrived at about half stated capacity/weight and lid/wiring issues.
Customer service is very lacking! Had to chase them to get tracking info after I bought the 120Ah lithium battery.
They never answer questions once you've paid the money. The battery i received was only half the capacity it was sold as(weight still tells a lot- it was only around 8.5kgs instead of being about 16kgs). The Enclosure lid wasn't glued on properly so it couldn't be lifted from the carry strap without the whole thing falling apart. Internally, the wiring is not adequate for current rating.
I called their phone number and also searched ABN website for any other contact details - found a mobile number to the business owner.
He didn't answer or call back either.
I had to force a charge back through my credit card after they refused to answer their phones or emails for a couple of weeks. I got the money back through my credit card, then waited for eMarket Aus (12vlifepo4.com) to contact me to organize to have the battery freighted back at their cost after I got a quote to send it back but they didn't like it.
