No Customer Service contact phone number on literature nor AC. AC keeps shutting down showing code E4 which is not in your manual
Im disabled, not technically inclined my son came last weekend to install, drove back 50 miles to look at tried to figure it out after work cant get a hold of Customer Service.

It’s hot this AC doesn’t work, I’m not technically inclined, I’m illiterate when it comes to technology. No phone number on your literature or the AC for Customer Service
Won't make ice, it keeps shutting down, code E4 shows up, nothing in manual on that code nor is there a phone number to contact or on the air conditioner !
