Im disabled, not technically inclined my son came last weekend to install, drove back 50 miles to look at tried to figure it out after work cant get a hold of Customer Service.
It’s hot this AC doesn’t work, I’m not technically inclined, I’m illiterate when it comes to technology. No phone number on your literature or the AC for Customer Service
Won't make ice, it keeps shutting down, code E4 shows up, nothing in manual on that code nor is there a phone number to contact or on the air conditioner !

The unit isnt draining, after only a few uses! Im not a happy camper as the temperature is in the 90s. I would not recommend purchasing this product!!!

My unit is not draining!
I have recently purchased a lifeplus portable AC unit, used it only a few times. The indicator lights states the unit is full, and requires me to drain!
But it is not draining. Im not a happy camper right nowas today will be in the 90s
