I was not told that there would be a membership fee every month!! Checked with BBB and should have done that before paid my $249!
Sounds like LifeMD is pretty CROOKED!!
Please cancel everything and hopefully I get my money back, also cancel my credit card!

Med sent to wrong STATE
Happy with the conversation but waiting to see the results. Time will tell if things a fixed. Crazy crazy med mix up hopefully billing will be rectified as well

In my opinion, the company is a fraudulent company. It took me three days to finally get someone at customer service. Their answer was that if I ordered this product online to help with sleep, it automatically renews whether you requested or not.

I was able to get my initial 3 month membership fee refunded at a prorated rate.
This company is a scam. I have repeatedly followed up to no response.
I was told that my meds would be shipped by July 24, and to date, nothing. When I asked for an update, they said they needed further info. I provided my availability, and no one has called. I tried to call customer service, and no meds were available at 2 p.m.

- Missed the Zepbound age limit by one year at Life MD.
- Refund requested; processing is slow.
- Policy not expected to change.
I have been on Ozempic 2.0 for several months and have leveled off - I wanted to try Zepbound and according to the Life MD website, they offer it. However, there is an age restriction and I missed it by one year!
I called them and tried to reason with them, but they wouldn't relent. I decided to cancel and asked for a refund - they are taking their sweet time.
These people are awful and this place should be avoided at all costs. They are absolutely ridiculous and inexorable, and I don't see this absurd policy changing any time soon.
