Resolved: Scammed out of 78$ with no refund option cxld order 10 minutes after I placed
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with other. na. dont use them.
I placed an order, and the total price did not show up until the card was charged. When I called to get a refund 10 minutes later, I was told all sales were final: NO REFUND! I've never experienced anything like this.

I have been on Ozempic 2.0 for several months and have leveled off - I wanted to try Zepbound and according to the Life MD website, they offer it. However, there is an age restriction and I missed it by one year!
I called them and tried to reason with them, but they wouldn't relent. I decided to cancel and asked for a refund - they are taking their sweet time.
These people are awful and this place should be avoided at all costs. They are absolutely ridiculous and inexorable, and I don't see this absurd policy changing any time soon.

An impossibly ridiculous company
I have been on Ozempic 2.0 for several months and I want to try Zepbound. I sent them their $387 fee - only to discover that they have a policy - they have an age policy and for ONE YEAR, I was ineligible for Zepbound.
I urged them to reconsider, but they were intractable. So I asked for a refund and I will go elsewhere.
What a stupid, misguided and egregious policy - these people are the absolute worst! For what it's worth, I can and will go elsewhere and willl get Zepbound - so they can go to blazes.
