After working a night shift went to this service without an appointment and arrived arrived at 8:07 am.

After a bit of a wait I gave the info to one of the staff members, however at 8:50 after watching 3 walk ins, who arrived after me, taken by the staff, I waited another 17 minutes.

At 9:07 I went to the reception desk and asked for my items back and left. This is not the first time this has happened.

If this was a 5 star rating system they would get 5 for friendly and 1 of service. It could have been a 5 out of 5.

After calling there own service to resolve this, still waiting for a call back.

Unsure if anyone knows of the Lifelabs privacy breach where all their customers' info was hacked by some not so nice people. Received an email today stating the lawsuit payout is worth 7.42 cents if you went for e-transfer.

By cheque in the mail, it's 5.55 cents. They actually think our personal private info, including health card number, phone, address, birthdate, and banking info.

, is only worth a few dollars. I've been using Lifelabs for many years. My info is all over their system

.

I bet the lawyers' portion is not a few dollars .

their info is still safe and secure

. I know my private business is worth more than 7.42 dollars.

Customer service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Today is Saturday, February 17. I live in Courtenay, BC and the hours for Life Lab in Courtenay on Saturday are until 11:30 am.

I raced over there as soon as I could this morning, arriving at 11:15 am. There were two other ladies in the waiting room. I was told that they would not take me and that I would have to come back next week. Monday is a holiday, so that would mean next Tuesday.

Why say youre open until 11:30 if you stop taking people (who travelled a long distance) at 11:15? This was baffling and a real inconvenience. Your customer rep at the front desk was very abrupt and unapologetic.

Not great customer service at all. You owe me an apology Life Labs.
