Their exchange policy is unattainable.

After extensive research I went ahead and spent $4,500.00 (on what was the "lowest sale prices of the year" on the "Duet" mattress. The description said "firm yet soft feel", however it is hard as a rock and I am constantly awoken from severe pressure point pain. When it was delivered we were supposed to have 2 delivery people bring it through the first threshold of our house (which we paid for that). However only 1 delivery person came and she said she had no instructions of bringing it inside. But she was nice enough, with my husband's help to bring it through the door. But me and my husband almost killed ourselves getting it to our bedroom, it was so heavy and uncontrollable (and instructions said not to let it curl up-which was impossible), that I felt like I was having a heart attack and my husband severely hurt his back. I don't know how you could ever even flip it as recommended twice a year, much less to have packed it back up and sent it back for an even harder mattress (since I had bought the softest they had). They have not posted my poor review on their website for the mattress-I assume since it was not glowing and they can control what reviews they post (wish I would've thought of that when reading all of the reviews on their website). They thing that really makes me sick to my stomach is that their "regular price" for the same mattress is now $1,000.00 cheaper than the "sale price" I paid.

Lifekind Mattresses

This company still has not made good on the $265 they owe me. However, they are losing money regularly but all the complaints that have been posted. Its a case of cutting off their noses to spite their faces. There are reputable bed stores out there that will stand by their policies. Lifekind did not with us. We had to get a lawyer to do what they said that they would do. When people hear that, it worries new customers and they will go elsewhere. Lifekind should realize that their dealings with people are their bread and butter and it will get out if they do not do right by their customers
