Ive been using Life cell for a couple months and love it and i never experienced any of the charge problems mentioned here.
LifeCell Scam - Cancel Your Card
This Company is a rip off, they got the first tiny payment, but I was smart and closed my bank account with the card they had and re-opened another account. I cancelled 2 weeks after reading the reviews, but they sent me an email saying; "we tried to put a payment through and did not clear" Ya dumb ***, I closed my account and they still tried to put a payment through. I sent back a 1/4 tub, which I should have kept and for the amount of time I used it, I did not see any changes on my face, the same tiny wrinkle were still there and the *** lotion does not work at all.
DO NOT ORDER LIFECELL (IT DOESNT WORK!)
GO GOOGLE THE COMPLAINTS BEFORE YOU ORDER ANYTHING FROM LIFECELL !!!!! YOU WILL REGRET YOUR PURCHASE !!

CANCEL ALL YOUR ORDERS NOW OR YOU MAY FIND IT A HUGE WASTE OF YOUR TIME TO LIASON WITH THE COMPANY AND THEY WILL TELL YOU *** LIKE ITS 120 DAYS RETURN FROM DATE OF ORDER. AND AFTER YOU CHECK THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IT STATES 120 DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY!!!
IT IS SO UBER ANNOYING THAT THEY SHOULD BE NOMINATED FOR THE BEST SCAM EVER IN TOWN.

Anything "Dr OZ" advertizing, you must know by now does not work!!! They just want to take your MONEY away. Pleasssseee, you should consider a good facial with a good dermatologist which will give you result immediately.

Worthless, deceptive, another so called miracle for anti aging but the truth is, aging is something all of us go through. My advice, DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS FROM COMPANIES THAT INSISTS THAT A MAJOR CREDIT CARD/BANK CARD IS NEEDED.
THIS INCLUDES, MEANINGFUL BEAUTY AND ALL TV AND ONLINE.
BETTER OFF RUNNING INTO SEPHORA AND GET A RECEIPT AND RETURN IF NOT SATISFIED. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO MUCH BETTER AND YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE A PERSON FACE TO FACE

Absolute garbage. I've used many different products and this one takes the prize for doing absolutely nothing.
No Payment transperancy
Lifecell don't have proper payment transparency mechanism. I did online payment for my 2 kids. After payment completion..
1. I did not get any "payment receipt" even sending multiple reminders
2. Payment for 1 kid completed 1 year back , still no receipt
3. Payment for other kid completed 1 month back, still no receipt
Other things:
1.They don't have portal for online transaction as if its black money transaction
2. They ask for NEFT to ICICI account (but you are not allowed to transfer from ICICI account). Strange.
3. They will take several weeks to tell you how much is remaining amount.
4. They charged around 75K for 1st kid and 35K for 2nd kid. As can not believe in high depreciation cost, feeling being cheated at the time of 1st kid.

Its such a bad experience after taking membership of Life cell. I had taken membership in June 2015 and at time *** lot of promises made by sales ppl regarding the direct redeemable coupons.
I unfortunately took the membership thinking its such a big brand and will not deceive its customer...but i was completely wrong.
I was given not a single direct redeemable coupon first of all.
Still when i tried to redeem watever i received, none of them worked.
I immediately send the details to sales person from whom i took the membership and also sent details to customer care.
Worst part : Customer care is really pathetic....they will just say they will update after so n so date but never ever bother to call back to update. when you again call for update they still are clueless and again ask for some more time.....this will continue endlessly.......and even after months there will be no reply or response from them.
Then i approached the circle head...hoping for some resolution.....but she too refused.....

After countless e-mails, phone calls to this company, the only sure way to end the charges on your credit card is to cancel your credit card with your bank!

Same thing happen to me and i never receive the product. Going through *** with them to credit account. But will go all the way to supreme court if i have to so this people Stop misleading and robbing innocent people.
Product does not work
I ordered a special only for me $127.00 every two months. Product is too thick and does not go on smooth.
I use too much because its too thick. My face, neck and below my neck takes more than dime size. On top of that, I notice no improvement, have used it 10 days - no change. In fact, I have wrinkles where I didn't have before.
Because it was a special - I do not qualify for refund. If not satisfied, they are supposed to refund. She said NO WAY I had a special price. She said it doesn't work on everybody, so to me it means if it doesn't, they should refund.
I told her I better not see a charge for $127 in two months.
You know they can do this to us and nothing we can do.
Unauthorized Charge
They use fancy wording and trick phrases to suck you in. After they have your credit card your screwed.
I called and they said to return product, I said I don't understand why I would pay shipping for a product that is half gone. After about 1/2 hour of going round and round with customer service and manager, they said they would return my money in 3-6 business days.
I don't believe them, so I contacted American Express and had a block put on this company for any further charges but if (a big if) they do refund my money, they can still do that. LifeCell said I may not use their services again (like I want to).

I want to cancel my subscription immediately and want my money deposited back into my checking account. After 30 days of use and see no difference it sounds like to me it doesn't work.
