I had some work done on my eye but one of them didn't come right I came back to let them see what the doctor didn't do but you know you body better than anybody use they said it was a swallowing but it WAS not and the price was not bad and than I wanted to get the other eye fix in Dallas but they want me to pay much more and right now it should be less since no one really have a job. so I told Jane Spence I can go back to New York

Today May 1, 2008 I received in the mail with no return address on the envelope, a check for $4,700 drawn on Bank One at 611 Woodward Ave Detroit Michigan. The name on the check was Life Styles, Inc 129 Seegers Ave Elk Grove Village IL 60007
The letter claims I won $200,000 USD and must pay a fee of $2,980 at Western Union or Money Gram to claim the prize, and to contact Jack Waters 647-895-****. Letter mailed from Canada. CONSUMER BEWARE! You could be ripped off the fee and receive NO prize. The check of $4,700 won't be good but the $2,980 WILL be taken from your account.
