Life Mobile - Phone Calls Review

I have had problems with this company. The first when i asked them to transfer my pact code onto my new phone after leaving my old phone company which would take a few days, it took them five weeks to do it, after numerous phone calls from me, and being told each time that everything is ok & it would be sorted within five days, i must have sounded like a mad women but i had applied for new jobs & was worried i would miss possible calls about interviews, i only have a mobile number.

Eventually they sorted it. I was also advised by the sale men when i bought my phone from them that the HTC windows 8 would be a good phone for me, i had asked for a simple & easy phone to use, because all I wanted was to be able to phone, texting & browsing the internet, but more than anything a phone to transfer my cd's on to or download music. A year on I still don't understand how to use this phone. Its too fussy, I don't have a X-box to connect to and download music & I'm not sure how to use the music section on my phone to even download music or listen to any.

The phone is over sensitive & does things that you don't want it to do. Typing's a nightmare!

the keys are so small so you always end up spelling all sorts of nonsense or moving around the screen or go back into other screens when you didn't want to. And I was also advised of good reception in my area but phone calls are forever bad reception, one can hear me and then it disconnect's and shows it as lost network, it does'nt matter where I am in the house, i am pretty disappointed with life mobile & phones for u, for there bad advice & poor phone network, i look forward to my contract ending so I can move to a better phone network & phone I can actually use to its full potential.

Life mobile... what a joke!!!!

I took out a contract with life on 04/10/13. Two weeks later I was disconnected.

I called them to find they'd tried to take payment (without warning) and the funds in my bill account was insufficient. I was disconnected on 19/10/13 so I called to make a payment only to be told they'd reapplied for the money so I couldn't make a card payment as it would debit that same day anyway. Two days later still no payment taken however I received a text saying payment would be taken 18/10/13, shame the text came two weeks after on 29/10/13 . It was finally taken the third day 30/10/13 now on the 1/11/13 I'm STILL waiting to be reconnected.

I called them explaining & said if they continued to mess me around to please put me through to the disconnections team. At this point I was laughed at & asked what a disconnections team was as they didn't have one.

I told them I wished to terminate my contract & instead of being asked what the problem was and if it could be resolved I was told 'no problem you'll be billed for £580' seems like this company can afford to lose customers so I shall pay the £380 value of the handset (unless you'd like it back) minus £35 bank charges for failing to notify me of the dd until two weeks after, minus £33 bill for a phone you refused to connect I've not use. So I'll enclose a cheque to you for £312 is suggest you be happy with, as for life mobile is be ashamed to admit I've done business with such an embarrassment of a company!!!
