Help with a return

I don't have any complaints. I am very happy and ready to go to the Post Office. I was upset before the package had come for Christmas and all 3 shirts stunk of smoke. I called and they fed ex new replacement in time for Christmas. Thank you.

I have heard noting!!!’

I have a pair of pants that are too big and want to exchange them but I dont have a receipt or tracking number they were a gift. I was told I need one of them but I feel uncomfortable asking. So Im hoping you can help. Stacey

Excellent customer service-issue resolved immediately

Additional discount offered a few days after my order was sent. Company issued me a credit for the additional discount offered after contacting their customer service. Happy

Shattered Face

Hello: My phone is a LG Stylo 5. I received it on June 10, 2020 for my birthday from my son. I am a senior citizen. The gift for me was so astounding. I have been so thrilled with the phone. Last week, I dropped it and the face just shattered. It was like I hit it with a hammer. You can imagine how heartbroken I am. Is there any way to replace my phone without it being so expensive? I don't ever want to tell my son what has happened,. Can you help me? Thank you Paula Walton

Bad Customer Serviceg

I put an order in on June 10, 2020. Received order. Items did not fit. Kept going on website to return items and it wouldn't let me. Tried several times. Even wrote customer service 6-7 times. Finally got fed up and took items to USPS store and returned items. They received the items I returned. Sent them the tracking number and wrote them several times on refunding my account. Still no refund or response.

Customer service is non existent

I ordered a t-shirt for my wife. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I went on their website and followed their way of editing the order. All this before it shipped. I got no response and I even called them, no response. Their VM even says, leave your number, and we will call you back, tried that twice, never got a call back. Do yourself a huge favor, never order from these bozo's. I think they work out of their basement. I paid extra to expedite the shirt, gee guess what, it's not here when it's supposed to be. Shocking. So, they don't answer the phone. Don't respond to their emails. Don't call back when you leave your number, like they promised they would. Yeah, you're an idiot to do business with these guys. Oh, by the way, red flag number one. They don't call them customer service people. They call them Optimists. Not a good start, optimist like their glass half full. I like mine full to the rim. Why, because it's my money and I'm the customer.

And 18 month old side by side refrigerator \freezer breaking down.

LG side by side Fridge\freeze quit working in only 18 months. I am very unsatisfied with this. The only nice thing I can say about this is I was told it was under full warranty. Back to the 18 month old product. A repair was set up and after sitting at the house for over 8 hours and zero contact from your service for (regardless if it is contract or not you are liable) I'm going to be later Nothing! That is 8 hours of ZERO income on my part so your product not only failed me Now it is costing me money. I want a contact from an Executive from your corporate to contact me at 936-854-**** and get this problem resolved. Robert Nichols.

Extreme discontent with trying to reach Customer Service

I'm trying to check on an order that I have not received. I emailed and have called twice. No-one has returned my call or replied to my email. Dates of phone calls - 6/24 and 6/25. I never got to speak to anyone - was asked to leave my phone number &;;;;;;;;;;amp;amp; someone would call me back shortly. NO RETURN CALL..... At this point, I am going to cancel the order (41412****) Upon receiving my VIsa bill today, it WAS on my bill, so I'm asking for a refund. I never received my order - was told it would be here Saturday, June 20, bur nothing arrived. &;lt;!--p>but nothing. None

Life could be better

When I needed them they were judgemental and could care less about me. Very cold company with fake people. You are fake life is good.

Never received items, but billed for them!

I currently have a bill on my credit card for $45.73 for items I never received. I have tried calling for three days and am told they will respond in 30 seconds. Well, that never works, so they ask for a call back number. FOUR TIMES I have done this...no calls back! I am beyond angry and will never shop here again. I will tell people to never shop here again!
