On July 3, 4 and 11 2019 I call because they had my date of birth wrong and wanted to correct it. This Julia person was so nasty and ruled as the one before her.
I cancelled all three policy and will go some where else.

My brother died the first week of February 2019. A claim was filed in March 2019 due to we wanted to get him a headstone for his gravesite. These are the rudest people on earth.
They have absolutely no heart. They don't return phone calls and never return emails or give you any updates. Once paperwork was submitted a 3rd time, because it was always one thing after another, even though they got the Death Certificate clearly stating what he died from, they wanted to investigate before they pay. That was fine, yet it is 4 months to later and still no respond.
They want call, write or email. They are great at drafting your bank account for the policy holder monthly. But someone die, you want hear from them. It's a Dam Shame Boss

Every time i contact them we get a service rep we cant understand they speak very broken English extremely frustrating have to keep repeating answers you can tell they are trying to read you scripted answers and really dont know what they are talking about

This is the second time this has happened. I'm very unhappy with their Co. I will go to court to prove them wrong.
