- - Customer reports no return label after a month of back-and-forth emails, despite the site claiming easy returns.
Ive been on my hands and knees begging this company for a return label when their website literally says easy returns no questions asked! If I could wrap a rope around my neck after a MONTH LONG back and forth interaction with them, I would.
This level of incompetence is unacceptable and UNBEARABLE. Ive linked below (day 1-30 of emailing them) screenshots of our emails.
