Purchased a Chargers fitted hat and was not allowed to return or exchange
Back in May of this year, I bought a few fitted Chargers and Lakers hats for myself and one for s friend. I did not give my friend his hat until last week and to my surprise, it was too big.
I went back to the physical store with the receipt in hand and was told a refund or exchange was impossible, due to the original purchase date exceeding 30 days. I was told to contact the Lids customer service line and see if they could help. I was just told by lids customer service that they cant exchange or refund anything that was purchased at a physical store.
I feel like I am not being valued as a customer, despite having spent hundreds, if not thousands in sports apparel over the years from Fanatics, FansEdge or Lids. Im very disappointed to learn that I cant even get an exchange for a smaller size on an item I shelled out $45 bucks on.

Bad service over all and horrible managers
I went in on Sunday to make a return and the manager was pretty decent at the beginning, but because I had a stroke I have a hard time speaking so I speak loud and not fully clear so some people think Im coming off as rude. So the manager started getting upset and wouldnt give me his name and I tried even filming how rude he was being and he shoved my hand away, so I left because he would not help me.
I tried going in the next day and he was there and he did do the refund or so he made it seem like he did and when I go to my blank he didnt do any transaction. So I just called customer service and they wouldnt help either! Instead he gave me the number of the direct store to call. The store where I had the issue.
Kids you guys should hire more capable people and that are willing to help and not just attend to get people out of the way! Thiefs!

I wanted to order 15 jersey style shirts and matching hats personalized for our state basketball qualifiers, and after consulting with the self proclaimed on duty manager jamaya? She didn't seem interested in doing business with our firm.
She seemed more interested in her phone and what was going on with it.. including a vast array of profanity and obscene gestures..She explained that I would need to come back tomorrow (Sunday) when the store would not be so busy.
Several customers were with children and exited the store during her performance..needless to say, My associate and I will still try to place our order with your company for our student athletes. As you have done a remarkable job in the past.
