Fraudulent charges. I was charged two more times after accurate charge. It appears they are randomly charging me 10.40.

Ordering From This Website Is Terrible
Ordering a gift delivery from this website is terrible. When checking out, the system auto fills the "ship to" address as being the same as the billing address, with no option to change it.
Of course there is no customer support phone number, and you hope that the email option to the company actually works, and someone reads it. George, Dallas, TX.

Licorice.com has terrible customer service. I joined their yearly membership and needed to cancel as their product was terrible.
I've contacted them numerous times via email in an attempt to cancel my membership, with absolutely zero response from them. They have no phone number to contact them.
I will just have to reverse the charges once it goes through to my credit card. Apparently, all they care about is collecting your money and don't actually want to provide any service.

After multiple emails no response back from them. They don’t care
I ordered six tubs of mixed black and red licorice. All the containers stated red licorice.
The person it was for wanted black licorice. I ordered six more of black licorice, and the tops all said red licorice.
When I opened them up, I found black licorice, and the original order was what I had ordered. I have now spent $160 on licorice and have twelve containers.

What a bad experience, after several times to contact you, nothing back. Horrific customer service.
Received my first order which was to be half black half red. All the boxes were marked red licorice.
Contacted you with no response back from you so I ordered all black. They were all marked red licorice Spent $140.00 on licorice when I discovered the original order was correct.

I ordered on Nov 30 2024 and have not received my order. They were good about charging me though. You cannot contact these guys no matter what you try.
Unable to contact company
This is my 3rd email and no one has contacted me, if I dont hear from you by 4pm central time today Im calling my credit card company and disputing the charges on my account from you. Its been 9 business days and I have not received my order, or any updates.
My order stated it would be delivered in 4-7 businesses days or less.

There is no one overseeing the processing of orders. I placed mine with one Company, then suddenly I am hearing from a different company.
No picture proof of delivery was provided nor notification that package was delivered. My order showed up once I called my bank, PayPal and continuously called and e-mailed the Company.
The owner called me making excuses and threatening my husband. In addition, I paid extra money to ensure the safe delivery of my product.
