Adams Building - House of the Temple connection?
This particularly building and the reading room also seems to contain or is designed with a lot of freemasonry symbolism. At the Architect of the Capitol they will claim that the John Adams Building is an art-deco design (https://www.aoc.gov/capitol-buildings/john-adams-building).
If you study the details, such as the doors, the statuary such as the owl by the door, the Egyptian god type memes, it is eerily similar to the House of the Temple (Scottish Freemason 1733 16th Str NW https://scottishrite.org/). The library, moldings, window diamond grid, columns alabaster and marble, and the vaulted enclosure of the Adams reading room especially is evocative of the Freemason Library. There are plenty of photos at Yelp and TripAdvisor. The architects for the capitol shared their abilities and talents in church design but this may have also been intentional, to transmit the sense of anything done for the public has its *** cult craft ritual counterpart.
The chilly and unfriendly library staff is to convey that they are in service not to the public *** but to the empire and its elected representatives, since even if we elected them they could not stay in office were it not that they bow to the empire's agenda.
Suffice it to say, it is altogether possible that at least one or two of the librarians, especially the head librarian who looks like an older Ellen Brown can be in order of the evening star. The mission to make darkness seem visible while drawing more into darkness
Adams Reading Room
During the government shutdown the Library remained open to the public. They are part of the legislative branch. Makes sense. What doesnt make sense is the LOC's ultra conservativism. The store staff and research staff in general. Someone told me if you work there you become like granite. I cant tell too many details because they may guess who I am.
Basically also the staff know how to use the blue suited guards and clerks to keep visitors they dont like away. The head librarian will look at the list of visitors. She recently made sure a new column was added requiring visitors to jot down their card number so they can now surveill them better. Certain ones they love: there is a contract for scanning all the old business data books. There are scores to scan. The scanners have been at it for several years. But they are contract workers mostly white. Since all they do is take photos or scan as quickly as possible there is nothing romantic in them. But that agrees with the mostly black clerks. They are nice as sugar pie to the whites because they also see their job as blue collar. Fetch books, log them in. (Most likely they dont want the whites to know how well paid they are, including benefits.) So the visitors they openly scorn are like researchers who appear to make good targets. (Older, Asian, retired, nonaffiliated with reputable conserative organization, nonbusiness purpose, etc just like their masters trained them to see)
Last week one clerk did a nice job helping me fetch engineering books quickly. But she was not there a couple days later when I returned. The books were missing from the reserve section. I looked very carefully and my held books had been removed. I then asked a clerk for help. This black clerk had only one eye. She tried her best to escalate the difficulty. "What type of library card do you have?" I told her I have reserved books before; no one had ever asked me that. Then she refused to pull my books up by computer. "I cant pull the books up on conputer. I dont have access to it." I had to print out a copy of my reserved books for her. Then she tried to find the books based on what I showed her, but because she is dyslexic and can barely walk, her handwriting is also very large and sloppy, and she mixes up the numbers and the letters. She seemed to be the only clerk there and when i asked to see her boss, she said "i cant find her." So this horrid person was just sort of going through these pacing motions. Not actually helping at all. After about twenty minutes I found the books mysteriously and sloppily placed beneath and among another researchers stack of books! I am certain the clerks did this because they are bored to the point of malice, just like the cloakroom staff.
To give an idea how conservative the staff are. Although they do have nice science and technical books after Trump became President and there was a clampdown on climate change research and use of the term climate change, staff stopped displaying ANY science technical library research guides. They used to have a plastic display case for science research bulletins but it disappeared. They keep one for business but not science. I asked if they would put it back up but the staff basically shrugged their shoulders. Other instances regarding the lack of books by well known climate change scientists and grassroots advocate authors. Dido for world peace advocates, for conservation and localization. I can name a whole list of authors whose books are fsr not there yet.
One librarian told me, well maybe its because it was published by a small independent press. Okay. Why did we bother with the Declaration of Independence. It sure wasn't published by the King's press!
So this is how the LOC constrains themselves until you literally have a librarian asking tourists, "What brings you little people here?" And of course there are other intell agencies sending their reps to basically bribe staff into ensuring participation in research projects...
The plantation system always had the people in the big house, their good house slaves, and the lackeys running around keeping out strangers. Just like today.
Redundant cloakroom staff
The cloak room and reading room entrance staff are really redundant which is why they tend to be so nasty, the women especially. Their tasks are routine repetitive and their functions easily replaced by robots or machines.
On the other hand the work of researchers is not easily replaced even if researchers dont merit benefits paid vacation or overtime. But the union guarantees their job security and salary.
Thus the black archie bunker factory worker mentality and their mistreatment or derogatory regard of researchers. It is also covertly supported by some of the merit pay library staff who dont realize they are also replaceable with part time pool.
Reading room nasty librarian
As a humble guest of the LOC I am responsible for conducting research for my online magazine covering news in science and technology. Usually i do my research work alone and since i am pretty well educated have learned where to search for resources.
However yesterday i unhaply remarked to the librarian that she has a peculiar way of only primarily aproaching white visitors for asking if they need any help. She ignores people of color. When i asked her about this she turned on me in a nasty cold manner. "I have never seen you before....if you continue talking about this i will report you and confiscate your library card!" This was said to strike the fear if God in me of course.
Of course she has seen me before, but evidently I am supposed to be content about my invisibility. It was a humbling experience. I did finish my research but now we know there are categories of visitors of course just like at the national zoo. Would you rather be a panda bear in the zoo or out in the wilds?
What a dumb question!? After all they really have a top notch reference selection.
Library of Congress Cloakroom Rude
They offer cloakroom service at the Madison building but the staff act as if they are guards. The visitors ridiculously enough try to sweet talk them.
Last week Wynn told me I can't leave the building. There is nothing in the rules about going to Jefferson by crossing the street. I've done that for years. Wynn intimated something bad might happen the next time I tried that.
My experience is that being pleasant does not work because they like being mean! I noticed Wynn had a smirk on her face after I told her how tired I was from such and such activity. The other guard is the same way. Their gambit is to make as if you are a big *** nobody.
Certainly it is not worth my while to play prove-it games with malevolent class conscious label oriented bullies. The nature of these bullies is they never pick on their own size. Just soneone who looks vulnerable or whom they have ill intentions for and think they can get away picking on or being rude to. God bless their souls!
May they find a better position working in the prison system where their abuse is more in character rather than a place where some of the nations most creative thinkers are working for low pay but to advance cutting edge ideas! I don't care that they just went to community college so why do they have to harass me for a professional advanced degree researcher? Just because I am no longer working at GS11 job is no reason for their dumping on me as their GS whatever. They don't even know they are playing into the hands of the overseers.
We are humans whether we live work or die, are female or male, are yellow or brown, are old or young. I will keep praying for their well being!

The Ellen Brown looking librarian was at it again a few days ago. Hadnt visited in a while but after I sign in she waits a few minutes then makes a point of marching to the entrance guards desk and checking the guest roster.
Apparently she made a big to do because i recorded a digit incorrectly from my researcher card. She did not confront me but instead called another librarian staff over and from where I was at I could hear them speculating on my interests, career, and socioeconomic category. One time at the toastmasters a staffperson told me C IA gave her guest redskun tickets and other perks. I guess maybe their designated title might be Library Surveillance Patrol if they invest their time openly gossiping about guest researchers.
Why couldnt she ask me directly? She could just strike a friendly conversation and I would be happy to tell her. No, that would subtract from her overriding sense of authority and striking fear of B aal into customers. Ps.
Sorry EB its just the hairstyle. I still owe you an article on public banking systems.
there is a publishing company that is using tricks to steal people copyrights works, I wrote you about this company before Xlibris is the name, I told you what they did to one of my books (MAKE IT GOOD) they put one story in my book when I sent them 8 stories to be put in my book, if you want to see where the rest of my stories are look in the Philippines, no matter what Xlibris sends you more likely it will be to cover up their stealing and there is more George E Brooks
Ps. What really got me was the first day all the books were in good condition.
I even noted that the Regional Workshop book came with a nice shiny hard book cover not what one would think from a conference. Well that book after it was mysteriosly and sloppily placed now had a visible DENT on the front right upper corner. Again just as if some childish person had decided to bash the corner of the book for fun! Who would do that?
Someone who doesnt like to read!
Either the contractors or the clerks probably careless about the topics. Considering how they like to cause trouble no point telling them about the damage to the book!
