Libiyi is BS!!!!
I purchased what I believed was a genuine pink quartz mug and it is PLASTIC!!! I dont have the means to fix this issue but I want to caution other potential buyers.
STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY LIBIYI!!!
You can consider me a pissed off customer also. Trying to get in contact with them is impossible unless youre buying something from them.

Libiyi sent me an email asking me to rate the purchase of the 2 Bunnies. I was frank and gave them "1".
Talked about they DONOT work and I have tried to contact the company, with no answer. I said I want a refund and shipping charges too.
I will continue to pursue all avenues to get this resolved. Thank you Dale
I purchased 2 bunnies for my granddaughters for Easter. They do not work at all!
We tried brand new batteries. I called the Outfany at #833-493-**** on April 28th. I have not received a call back. I want 2 replacement working bunnies.

Bras are not as advertised. They do not support or contain breasts, and I do not have large breasts.
When arms are lifted, breasts fall out.
Paid $66 for 2, offered an $18 refund or to mail back to China! No easy way to return for a refund.

Received brown bunny that does not work.
I am so disappointed in your company. I ordered two of your little bunnies that works on batteries.
One is white and one is brown for my grandchildren. I waited a long time before I got them. Trouble is when I received them the brown one does not work. I called your number several times and no one ever helped me.
I was told to leave a voice mail which I have done several times. Although I was told some one would call me back from the message left, I have heard from no one. I would like a replacement for the brown bunny which is checked before it is delivered.
I will send the broken one back if I have the address hoping if it is too expensive. I would appreciate it if you would et in touch with me about this program.

Got my wreaths today and nothing like the picture!
Wreaths are not what I expected based on the pictures. They did offer a refund with me paying for shipping which is over 50 dollars. Dont be scammed by them!!

I ordered these glasses because I wanted to try them according to the specifications described in the advertisement. I ordered them over 2 weeks ago and have not received them yet or any explanation.
I charged $49.00 to my card for these glasses, and this includes tax and shipping. Now, I will have to file a dispute and request my money back.
They don't even have a phone number to notify them, just email. I do not advise anyone to order these glasses because I'm not sure it's legitimate.

Item is not what’s pictured
Take it off the market . The item is not what you will receive, it is a cheap piece of plastic that doesnt work.
The company will offer a money back guarantee but will only offer you 8 dollars U.S.
They will also charge you over 40 dollars for shipping it back. This is totally a scam
