Product does not work.
- - Opened one of two fans, ran it about 20 minutes, it stopped and won’t recharge.
- - The second unit wasn't used; a refund and return address requested.
I purchased two of your fans and opened one box and removed the fan to see how it worked. I let it run for about twenty minutes and tried the different speed.
After about half and hour it stopped. I plugged it in the recharge it but it did not recharge. I tried to turn it back on but nothing happened. I did not try the second one.
I would like a full refund and I will return them to you if you will give me the return address. Thank you, ***

Product was nothing like what was advertised online. When I purchased, I relied on a 30 day refund offer if not satisfied.
Same day I received the item, I requested to return the item for a full refund of $70. Their response from China was that I have to pay for the return of the item at a cost of approx $72!USD!
That wasn't in their terms and conditions when I relied on the refund offer to purchase the item. Contacted AMEX and they are investigating now.
A fan and nothing more. I immediately emailed the seller to get a full refund since they offered a 30 day full refund from the date of purchase and I believed Libiyi misrepresented their product .
Libiyis written reply was an offer of an $8.00 refund. However, if I wanted a full refund, I would have to ship the item back to *** *** at an estimated cost of $50 - $80 USD! I rejected the offer and again demanded a return shipping label and full refund.
*** second reply was for a $15 refund or ship it back to ***.
I rejected that offer as well. The seller processed my AMEX card payment through their PayPal account so, I opened a dispute with PayPal and with AMEX. AMEX explained that they deal with many complaints similar to mine and know exactly how to handle them.
Libiyi offers a 30 day full refund period but then tell the consumer they have to pay more than the product to return the item to get that refund.
Libiyi terms on their website says nothing about the customer paying for the return under the paragraph for refund terms.
Under the paragraph replacement, it does state customer pays for the return shipment if you want a replacement for some reason.
BOTTOM LINE: I would never buy from this seller based in *** again. They cannot be trusted and their refund advertising is clearly misleading and of no value.

The item received does not represent the item purchased at all. Looks like a $2.00 knock-off of what was advertised: 'Fanyil We the People 250' celebration decanter.
When I emailed the customer support, I never even received a response.
This site that posts and sells on Facebook is a complete scam! Be very aware!

I was scammed by EMsence supposed to help with foot problem you order 1 set the jack the order up to 2 sets some people get 5 set all the money I have wrote 108 email asking for the 3 min delay as soon S it doubled the order I inform them to refund the money they had no authority to take I still not got themoney back

Poorly made merchandise; even poorer customer service!

Merchandise I received was not as pictured and/or as advertised. I purchased three decorative whiskey bottles commemorating the 250th birthday of our country thinking I would give them as Christmas gifts this year.
The merchandise I received is cheaply made using inferior materials and is much smaller in size than it appeared in the advertising pictures. I am getting nowhere trying to contact the company. When I submit a query about returning the bottles for a refund to the website they provide, I automatically get sent to a third party totally unrelated to Libiyi that requires payment before helping to resolve the issue. And, of course, absolutely no phone numbers.
It appears the company goes out of its way to avoid being contacted. By the way, the merchandise I received was sent from within the USA. I understand, (from reviews from other dissatisfied customers), that to ship merchandise back to the vendor, it is necessary to pay exorbitant prices with additional fees because the company that calls itself Libiyi is actually in China and that is where you are to send your mercahndise for refund. They have the audacity to state that they may or may not choose to refund your money based on your reason for the return.
In their refund policy they even have the audacity to state that changing your mind is not a valid reason for a return, and those requests for refunds will not be honored. I never would have guessed that a souvenir bottle commemorating the 250th birthday of the United States was not being made here in the states. Once again, it looks like I got scammed. Is there nowhere we can shop that doesn't involve China??
Please, President Trump, get our manufacturing back to this country--and up those tariffs on China! If I could, I would give this company a minus 10 rating!

There is not a rating low enough for this company. Product you get is not what you ordered. Cheap cheap. Do not order anything from this company. They are rip-offs.
Item was not what was advertised. Cheap China product. No liberty bell top for the bottle, and just a sticker was placed on the bottle.

No stars at all... Purchased 4 of these bottles for veteran family members. They arrived and were cheap junk. Small bottles with stickers slapped on. NOTHING at all like shown in the ad.

I was scammed.
- - Ordered four 250 We The People bottles.
- - Items differ from online listing; cheaper, lack markings.
- - Top is cork, not Liberty Bell; no phone or reply.
I ordered 4 of the 250 We the People bottles commemorating the 250th anniversary coming up. What I received is nothing like what I bought online.
They look a lot cheaper and do not have a lot of the markings of the ones online. The top is just a regular cork top, not the Liberty Bell. This company is a terrible scammer, and they should be charged with something. They do not have a phone number you can call.
I sent them an email to support@***.com, asking how I could return the delivery and get my money back. Of course, they never replied to my email, and I am super pissed!

Did not receive what I ordered
The 250th Memorial Wreath that you will receive is NOT what they advertised.
The pictures of the wreath on TikTok & Instagram are NOT what you will receive. Advertisement: Beautiful large wreath hanging on a front door with a veteran standing on porch that gives the impression it is a large door wreath. Received: A small 11" flat wreath delivered in a thin box.

Got scammed

DISSATIFIED
Don't accept the $8.00 refund on a 67.00 order because it costs so much to return. If you actually sent the item that looked like the order picture there would be no need for a return.
Ordered the beautiful 250th anniversary decanter with Liberty on top. What I got was a piece of junk.

Complete Deception and Con Artists
- - Online ads show 3D, real-looking animal ornaments.

Christmas ornaments shown online are 3D and look like real animals. What you get is a flat photo of the animals sealed in plexiglass.
See the photo of the online ad and then look at what you actually get.
The product received looks like a kids' project from elementary school. This is nothing but a con job scam.

I just received my long awaited 250th anniversary flask and was severely disappointed in the quality an the knock-off product that arrived.

- - It is a small glass bottle with a paper replica and a cheap stopper; refund of $116.97 requested.
The product (4 of them that I was going to give as gifts) is nothing like the advertised product of a very detailed and ornate flask with the Liberty bell as the stopper, My product is a small glass bottle with a paper replica of the design for the 250th Anniversary glued to front and back and a very cheap stopper for the top of the bottle. I will be ashamed to give it as a gift.
The web site design is great but definately nothing like I received. Very misleading!!!

Fact: Returning the item to *** has a cost of USD $50 to USD $72 (I paid $9.99 for shipping to receive the item). Fact: You offer a 30 day refund knowing the consumer in the U.S.
won’t claim the refund because you require prepaid return shipping to ***. Fact: I would NOT pay for return shipping what I paid for the item that I want to return and receive a full refund. Fact: Why would a consumer pay $70 for a 12” fan when for the same price, I can purchase a four foot fan the moves 10 times the air volume for less?!
Fact: You DO NOT clearly state that to receive a full refund as offered, you must pay for return shipping back to *** to receive that refund. Fact: Had the above statement been clear in the “Refund” paragraph of your terms, I would NOT have risked purchasing your product - period.
