Not happy with product
Dear Liberty,
Recently I took loafers from sector 14 branch Gurgaon near Kalyani hospital sector 14 which didn't even last for 1 month and they burst. I didn't expect this from you guys. I don't know what to do now.

I have bough a shoes for my father from Liberty exclusive store - vaishalinagar (Gandhipath) Jaipur. when i checked on flipkart i was getting the same shoes in 629/-
then why customer should go offline.
