Bad pump…one yr old. I called Liberty pumps and was sent to the warranty department where I left a message. Four days later I still haven’t received a call back
I dont think theyre interested in helping me out. Their website has no contact information and when I did finally find the number no one called me back after leaving a message

This is my third pump 280 model the magnetic
- This is my third Liberty Pumps 280.
- The magnetic float doesn't work; shake to turn on.
- Once on, the pump works.
- The basin is clean.
Pump is made by liberty pumps this is my third 280 model the magnetic float does not work as should you have to shake it to turn on the pump once on the pump works fine this is not a old pump the Basen is clean

Magnetic float switch always fails this is my third pump same problem but this company has replaced the pumps my pumps are about two years old

Bad warrenty support
- Submersible pump failed after a few months.
- They want me to pay shipping and repair costs run into thousands, plus hours spent removing water.
bought one of there sub pumps thing failed after only a few months. they expect me to spend my money shipping the thing into intentionally.
i already have to spend a bunch of money repairing the damaged caused due to there pump failing its going to cost me thousands. on top of the hours i have had to spend getting the water our and trying to dry the place out.

- Pump installed easily but would not run.
- Support walked me through steps; the issue was a building vent problem.
I contacted liberty tech support to troubleshoot a small pump that I just installed. The pump went in easily but would not run.
I dismantled and reset everything but still no luck. I called in and the gentleman who helped me was fantastic. He walked me through some steps and eventually we discovered a vent issue with the building.
Couldnt ask for better help. Thanks.
