Trying to make payment... No one will answer
I have been trying to call and make a payment. The phone either gives a busy signal or it goes to an automated system that just keeps telling you to hold..
On my 5TH call, after holding for 10+ minutes, I finally get a person and she tells me the system is down and I can't make a payment! A00646****

I can't find out anything, can't talk a human. Keeps sending me to the beginning several times.
For handicapped people please get a live person to answer the phone. I have a speech problem that makes it difficult for a machine to understand me.

Yes I was sold insurance that was not supposed to pay til the 3rd of October but it was processed by on September 15 and cost me overdraft fees which I am wanting reimbursed for the agent knew and said he would make sure it wouldn't be processed til the 3rd

An agent from Liberty National contacted me and assured me that my money would be back in my account. As of this day nothing have been done, that conversation took place on 7/21/2021
I have a policy with this company and I have the amount taken out of my account every month; however, Liberty National started taken another amount and a second withdrawal in the month of April out of this account which I did not authorize. I started this policy in 2017, for my two sons, and someone in this company started a second policy on one of my sons, which I was told Jarvis Robertson has two policies which I did not authorize the second policy ( I mean why) and if I did I would have wanted one total bill and not two billb
