This was not a good year for me. Insurance adjuster not keeping me up to date with what was going on with my claim. I spoke with her supervisor (Elliot), I asked for another adjuster and he tells me that she will handle my claim fine and he would not change adjusters, I asked who his supervisor was and he said there is no one else to talk to. PLEASE ALL AND READ BEFORE YOU SIGH WITH ( Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.) Seems to me your new policy standards are know different then they were in 1987. Thirty years ago! After paying in almost 13 yrs. in premiums prier. I had a claim open on September 2, 2016. I was assigned to Melvin Evans (1866-823-1053 ext. 12135). He made my experience with liberty mutual unacceptable. He hardly replied my email on time, since my best form of contact was email due to my job, he always wanted me to call him. I had two claims that were being investigated by the same person. This person was a WITCH DOCTOR on a WITCH HUNT by the name of MICHAEL DUNN. The 1st claim was a rather large one and Claim Rep was great until this was forwarded to the WITCH DOCTOR. Complaints On Dec 11th, 2016 at 3:30pm I was in an accident with one of client, who gave his car to a drive who had a suspended license. After exchanging papers with the driver (police presence), I called Liberty Mutual to notify them about their driver. The person that I spoke to was very nice with great customer service but the claim representative assigned to this case displayed very bad customer service (Sindy Busillo) that really ticked me... I'm at a loss as to why I was declined insurance by Liberty Mutual. Neither my spouse or my self have any accident history or any other legal controversies yet we were declined insurance for reasons the company felt they didn't need to provide us. My car insurance request was the same configuration as I was using with Progressive. I was attempting for the first time in over ten years to shop for better insurance. Without a long and drawn out post, I will state a few personal opinions from my own recent business with this company. I make statements as a victim with a (what one would think to be a simple and basic case) property/minor bodily injury/damage loss claim. I have been dealing with Liberty Mutual for over a month. I have been the individual to do every single action; duties which are their jobs. They have never reached out to communicate with me and I have had repeated phone calls getting different information every time.
