We purchased the Magnolia Bedroom set from a local retailer.

It came with a very minor bubble around the inlay of one of the nightstands.

It has since gotten bigger and now every piece of furniture we have is starting to show bubbles in the same area's and most likely on the *** of completely cracking open all the way around each inlay.

We absolutely love the look of the collection and spent quite a lot for it, so this is a huge disappointment.

Wondering What can issue?

we need the clips for the doors on our armoire; bottom one on right side door broke off and when we tried to replace it from hardware store they recommended we reach out to company to get all 4 new pieces. please let us know if this is possible

I received the counter height chairs with a standard height table. It was supposed to be all standard. If possible I am willing to swap out correct table legs .

I questioned why holes were showing on headboard legs. They answered promptly.

The holes can be visible depending on which style bed you have. Just beware on the queen platform bed they do show and I personally feel it detracts from the beauty of the bed.

There are no predrilled holes so bottem shelf can be connected

Just after one year from delivery, the top drawer of the Avalon nightstand fell off the slider. When we removed the drawer, we saw that the glue had dried which caused the screws to let loose and the bracket holding the slider to pull away from the nightstand's interior sides.

So, the slider holding the drawer was not level and the drawer stuck. Since the side panels were particle board, new screws will not hold. The store would do nothing because we had not bought their extended warranty and the glue drying was not considered a defect. The store clerk said the glue drying was like a tire picking up a nail and going flat.

Not. A nail piercing a tire is not a defect, but an accident. Glue drying and screws pulling loose after one year is a DEFECT!!! The company claims the store must resolve it.

So, no one wanted to help us with the defect.

My advice is to NOT buy from this company. The furniture looks very nice, but the insides are cheaply made and will not last.

No help at all as it was closing time.

We purchased the779-br41 Liberty Furniture Harvest Home - Barley Brown 5 Drawer Chest, dresser and mirror from Sheely’s in Ohio on 09/09/2019 my wife’s dresser and mirror were as expected, my dresser had all warped drawers, Sheely’s originally thought it was just the bottom 3 but ended up being all of them, they ordered a new one which came in last week 10/14/2019, after they inspected it they deemed it too bad to deliver and ordered another one. They left the original one here but now we have to wait another month or so to see if the third one is good or not.

This does not speak well of your quality check or care for the customer. Starting to question if we made the right decision.

I love my nightstand! I could instantly tell this was made well, very solid!

I purchased a piece of furniture on Sept. 28, 2019 and haven't received any information on the status of my order.

I have also emailed multiple times to get an update on my order and have't received any response from the company. I would like an update on my order as soon as possible and the approx. date I will be receiving my furniture.
