I will never be returning to another Liberty Ford ever again. I went online looking for a car, and ended up doing the pre-approval application online for one that I liked.
I was emailed back the next morning to set up a date and time to come in and look at the vehicle. When I got there with my significant other, a sales rep introduced himself to us but passed us off to another rep. This rep ran our credit, which wasn't good but they said they finance anyone right? WRONG.
They told us we didn't qualify for most of the cars on the lot but they would look at some options for us and get back to us the next day.
It's been months and we still haven't heard anything from anyone, yet we still get mailers and emails about *** specials they're running. I would've appreciated being told the truth: Liberty Ford WILL give you the run-around and ONLY FINANCES PEOPLE WITH NEARLY PERFECT CREDIT.

I bought a car from Liberty Ford back in November 2012. I haven't had the car 6 months and I have had major problems with it already.
My radio stopped working, my back windows roll back up when they want too, I needed new brakes and rotors after I was told I didn't, I had a flat tire not even a month later, that same time this month (May 2013) I had to replace, and I'm just tired. I talked with the owner and he told me to bring the car back and they would give me another one. Didn't tell me I had to do another credit. I spent 5 hours in the dealership on that Saturday to get nothing accomplished.
Went back that Monday and were back to the I need to do a credit application. Then they kept telling me that I could only have a Nissan Altima 2012. Why would I want a 2012 and my 2010 is thee exact same car except the year and that's the only difference you can tell me!! I also put money down and when I asked could it be used towards another car they told me NO because it went to that one back already and money doesn't transfer but if you have more money we can use that.
WTH do I look like just having stacks of cash around! If I had it like that, I wouldn't be sitting in your dealership@ I'm not *** nor am I signing papers for that car. So Mr. Steve Knowles got nasty with me and when I got nasty back, he threatened to call the people on me so I left before I flipped the table.
NO ONE, I MEAN NO ONE EVER BUY A CAR FROM LIBERTY FORD RANDALLSTOWN BECAUSE THERE NASTY AND DON'T CARE!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!
THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE! I took my car somewhere else to get my repairs done because I didn't want them to even make matters worst on my car.
