Poor Product. Worse Return Policy.

Avoid this company! I ordered their machine, followed all their setup directions and could only get error codes. Looked online for resolution and there were pages of advice about taking the machine apart and adjusting a bunch of stuff - I don't have that kind of time. When I order a $2400 machine, I don't expect to have to become a maintenance technician on day one. So.. then I go through their return procedure. They charged me $85 for return shipping... not cool, but okay I get it. Then, they charge me a 10% restocking fee... for an UNUSED MACHINE. I can understand $20 or even $50... but $200+ is excessive. I'm sure they paid someone minimum wage to check the machine out and rebox it... come on! Then... THE BIG WHAMMY... they withhold $160 of the refund for software (which I didn't even know I was buying) which they say is non refundable, even though it only works for the machine which I returned to them. Ridiculous and slimy. Obviously, these absolutely horrible return policies are designed to discourage returns. But consider this... if they actually sold a decent product, they wouldn't need such awful return policies because people wouldn't want to return it. STAY AWAY!

User's recommendation: AVOID.

Poorly made product and lousy customer service

In mid 2017, I purchased the CarveWright CX from LHR Technologies, Inc at a cost of $2,709.99. I experienced problems with the CarveWright CX from its first use. I contacted LHR Technologies, Inc on numerous occasions yet the problems have persisted and LHR Technologies, Inc has not been able to correct. At LHR’s instruction, I have made numerous adjustments, repairs, and corrections to the CarveWright CX and the CarveWright CX still does not work for its intended purposes. LHR Technologies, Inc refuses to take the product back or replace or refund me. LHR Technologies, Inc represented that their product, the CarveWright CX, had certain characteristics, uses and benefits such as quick setup procedure, the CarveWright works its own magic, sit back in “wonder and sip your coffee”. LHR Technologies, Inc also represented that its CarveWright CX was the “most advanced system with an undeniable edge”. The CarveWright CX does not meet these standards. Furthermore, LHR Technologies, Inc places a clause in their agreement not allowing anyone to file suit unless in the state of Texas and only in Houston. In order to buy a CarveWright CX you have to agree to these terms and forfeit your constitutional right to a fair trial in the state you live and purchased the product. Their customer service is also very poor. They are usually rude and try to get you off the phone ASAP. This company is taking advantage of consumers at a hefty price and not willing to stand by their product. I highly recommend you do not do business with LHR Technologies, Inc and if you do be sure to read their contract word for word and consult with legal counsel before purchasing.
