Property manager
- - Manager was rude and unprofessional, even threatening homelessness.
- - A guest's items were stolen; police report filed; cameras not reviewed.
She was very rude , dismissive, unprofessional and threating to make me and my daughter homeless for talking to neighbors because she doesnt like them and she was also saying we werent allowed to have company and talk outside to our neighbors and she has favorites and I had a guest come over to visit me and their stuff got stolen right out of their car in front of the parking lot. We made a police report.
The police demanded to see the cameras, but the Apartment manager didnt feel like it so she kept saying that she couldnt, but that was just because she didnt feel like it. And then she said that she couldnt do anything about it and she wasnt Finna waste her time pulling up the cameras if we already made a police report. And there was a situation where my air wasnt working in my Apartment and I have a four month old child and I called her and she tells me its not over 90 outside.
Youll be fine and nobody came here to fix it we had to fix it ourselves to get cool air then the maintenance man showed up the next day also there was a altercation at the neighbors apartment that had nothing to do with us. We were in our house minding our business and the next day she calls to say that there was a complaint and we let her know that it wasnt us and she said well it doesnt matter because you still hang out with them.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Tried to apply. They turned me down due to rentgrow report.
I don't have a bad report. I checked. Also they lied said I didn't check I was disabled on my application. I appealed.
They were quiet about it. Never returned response to my emails.
Very lame *** company. Unprofessional in my opinion.
