I enjoyed meeting the people at LGI, all companies go through growing pains and I know that people's expectations of construction are that there home be flawless. These homes are built, not manufactured, LGI provides a builder warranty to all homeOwners. Be consistent with your follow-up and LG I will provide the proper and necessary Services needed.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Rudest person you would ever talk to. Purchasing a home is one of the most important decisions you will make in a life time. PLEASE don't settle for mediocre or subpar quality or customer service. If you ask a question make sure you get an "answer" not another question. Your sales associate Rafael was a complete unprofessional ***. I called to ask him a simple but his head and ego was to big that he had to answer it with another... Read more

Im shocked at all the negative reviews about customer service the 3 individuals that helped me and my wife were amazing, they told we made to much to get 0 down, but since im self employed if all my deductions got below a certain number we can go with 0 down, or wait til we had 3.5% for a down payment, so we went and filed our taxes and got 0... We went to look at a model home in Dacono, Colorado. Before we could look at the model we were told we had to give them our financial information. We didn't expect to qualify for a $271,000 house. They told us we qualified to purchase, then they took us to the model. We were told that the garage was insulated and the siding was Hardi-board cement siding . We went inside, it was '"ok" , nothing special by all means. We felt like the sales tactics... Read more

The morgage broker for LGI had sent private documents of myself to an repairshop in FL yes repairshop. Mind you i was bying in TX. The guy at the repairshop called me and said all my personal info was sent to them by error. Thank god they destroyed the documents. Easy way to get your identity stolen. Dont do business with these guys.... Read more

Got the card in the mail like everyone else. Went to see them and was greeted warmly by Christian and then sat for 45 minutes listening to how their company was the greatest at everything and the houses could turn water into wine. Told him specifically I do not want rear neighbors or houses 20 ft apart. Salesman starts talking finances. Who the heck starts talking mortgages before you know what you are buying?? I told him I want to see a house... Read more

We made an appointment to go out and see the model homes in Burlington, NC. After driving for about 45 minutes, I arrive to be given a long overview of the company, programs, etc, which was the first step. The agent stated that he has to go by the steps of the program. The second step was to have us fill out a pre-approved application. I explained that I am not going to fill any application until I see the homes. He would not let us see the... Read more

Here's the bull we deal with We have a home in San Antonio TX, the builder lied to us and said there was nothing wrong with the foundation. All along I believed they told us this so as not to honor the warranty. They intentionally stalled us past the 10 year warranty mark. Welp, I guess I was right! I hired a structural engineer and our house wasn't gonna fall apart but the foundation was coming down on one side. Now that we have brought all... Read more
