A Senior Technician used his size and authoritative voice to indirectly force his way into our home. He was completely unhappy he was questioned of his lack of respect or customer service skills. The result of this ended as such: A fully operating and safe valve on our central heating system became completely 'broken' and 'unsafe' after he 'looked at it', as it stated. Failed to provide copies of signed documents. A complaint made directly to the company resulted in being laughed at and indirectly called a Liar because "their employee would have Never done such a thing", to this I say, 'of course', what else will an irresponsible and scamming organization going to do. They did note that they could fix the issue for a fee. Again, quite convenient that a working valve now requires more payment to the company that just broke it .. all being in the case they were NOT AUTHORIZED to be in our home. We have been without heat for over 3 weeks now as we are unable to afford the several hundred dollar repairs to valve and line replacement screwed up by this fine company named Jordan Oil. Not much to say. Any response from them will most certainly be "denail" and/or finger pointing but certain will NOT be responsible, no more than they were before. Please note that a phone call to the company owner also resulted in Mr. Jordan making it clear they have over 3000 customers and that one more will not make or break his business. This was exceptionally noteworthy of extremely poor customer service, lack of care, general refusal to listen or work with a customer.
