Buy the Matterss Cover and your "covered"... so they say.

Now one side of the expensive matterss is defective and collapsed. When we FINALLY got a store technician to come inspect, he immediately agreed the matterss was defective, pulled back the cover and said there was a slight stain. THERE WAS NO STAIN. He then proceeded to instruct us to call a "special" cleaning company but, "Don't tell them your trying to get it replaced..." Complete SCAM...!

We did exactly what we were instructed to do when we made the expensive purchase and signed the paperwork.

LFD WILL NOT HONOR THEIR MATTERSS WARANTY and will have you chasing in circles trying to accomplish the impossible. I now am dying of Pancreas Cancer and don't have a decent bed to die on.

I bought a living room set they had on sell for $999.00 plus tax, Interst Free for 12 months as long as long as I pay on time. Payments were due every 22nd and I payed every 15th I was supposed to finish on May and I finish in March.

they told me that I still had a balance on $505.73 due to interest, and that I'm schedule to finish intll 11/02/2010.

Then they say I was paying to early and that's why I don't qualified. Plus the sofa's kept breaking and breaking
