Resolved: Parts
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The parts I needed are sent to my mailbox as requested. They took care of me and I will be in contact with them when more replacements are needed.
I got no answer and couldn't leave a voicemail. This was my second call.
The first attempt was the same as the second.
I need parts for two headlights and I'm not getting any answers. This is poor customer service.

Part replacement was poorly handled and the voicemail was all clogged and you could not leave a message. I'm highly disappointed. I didn't get my message across for the part I need replaced.
The company should be far more responsive and responsible enough to clear their voice messages. I got nothing done at all.
I'm extremely disappointed. I purchased the headlight 10 years ago and now need one simple replacement piece.
I can't even get that. Nothing happened.

Defective product
1 - led - PWRPK - V104 not charging.
Tried 3 different charger/cable setups and checked them with other devices. Everything charged properly except for the pwrpk.
Sometimes if you apply pressure to the end of the cable where it meets the charging port the battery will display flashing green as it did previously when charging, and then stop when pressure is released. In my experience with electronics this is commonly a sign of a cold solder joint (not making a solid connection), probably between the charging port and the motherboard. Also in my experience products made in Asia (especially Chinese products) commonly have this problem due to shoddy workmanship. I also had the exact same problem with my original headlight (a 1,200 lumen model I believe), which I returned to your company and you graciously replaced with the 1800i (that I still have) as the model that I had was no longer in production (thanks for that btw).
Perhaps you still have record of it... I might add that the 1800i replacement is still working fine (except that the rubber cap on the bottom of the headlight for the battery pack kept falling out and is now lost somewhere in the woods or on a roadway somewhere). This is the 2nd battery pack that I've bought in the last 5 years.
I don't believe that I have the original receipt as I bought it online and I believe the receipt was in the form of an email (that I don't think I have any longer). I do have the original packing though (as shown in the attached video) and the first one was bought from a local store 5 years ago.

Preferred solution: Preferably a replacement, or at least repaired. Have original box and manual if you'd like to send a shipping pre authorization.
