I've taken my car in to get a recall done. I honestly think nothing was done to the car at all, they've just handed it back as is.
They never gave me a car wash as promised, and my advisor Jason V. was an a++hole, he give me attitude and continue to question my ownership of the vehicle like I can't afford it or something. I have my registration on me under MY name.
Also, they have the audacity to delete my entire service history, maybe because NO service recall was EVER done there. I am FURIOUS and will be reaching out to Lexus to file a complaint.
Preferred solution: Get my service history back!
