Horrendous Service

For the second time in less than a year Ive had horrendous service here and certainly will not be returning. Brought my car in for an 8am visit for a Check Engine light and 65k service.

When I heard nothing four hours later I called and left a voicemail for the service guy. After 5 hours Ive come back to find out the status and the guy has disappeared.

No one knows where he is or what the status of my car is. This is my second and last bad experience here.

URGENT-

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Not only do they OVERCHARGE on normal maintenance, they are NOT accountable for returning your vehicle in a safe condition.

After having one of Lexus vehicles serviced, it stalled on the ramp of a busy highway. I waited4 hours in 100 degree heat for a tow.

When I got back to dealership to pick up another loaner, the loaner had a defective windshield. On the way to see my dad in the hospital, I almost died trying to see through the windshield in the rain. Videos show my experience.

They not only did not care, they did not give me another loaner. My other car has been meticulously maintained yet they charged 4000 for a service.

They kept both cars over 2 weeks, and returned them dirty.

After being a loyal customer for 20 years, the must they took off on a 7000 bill was $400.

Now both cars are STILL not running safely. A robot answers their Facebook messages so don’t bother.

Poor service experience ! Again

Another disappointing encounter with Lexus of Palm Beach !

Last time I went for service I asked them to fix the automatic Trunk release and fix my voice command unit. It’s been working on and off since I bought the car. I only have 15,000 miles so this is my 3rd service.

Last time I was told that they fixed the trunk and that nothing was wrong with the voice control. Even though I told them that many times after asking to make a call the unit asks where I want to go, and many times I can’t make the radio work. I left that day. But went again today

Anyway, both problems were the same, so I explained this to the service guy who plainly told me he wasn’t technical ! I asked him at least 3 times to have them run a check on a computer and find the problem.

I waited an hour or so and the mechanic came out said nothing was wrong with either things. I ask him what the computer showed, he told me he didn’t do a check said he wasn’t aware I wanted that and his manager said I had to prove it didn’t work. Like make a recording ! I Asked them what about me wasn’t believable ? And why Would I tell them it wasn’t working properly ? The whole experience was frustrating and upsetting !

I’ve never had a mechanic tell me he won’t run a computer check! That’s what they always do first thing to find a problem.

He said well I wanted to get you going so you didn’t have to wait, but why would he think that? I wanted the car fixed!

Then I asked the service adviser to walk out to check the trunk. Of course it didn’t work! Not for him or me!

I give up! I’ll try another dealership !

Sles Department Sucks

Tried for 14 months to pay more for a better car but LOPB rather trap me in an unfair lease for a Camry with an L badge. Buying a BMW, Mercedes, or an Infiniti the mile second my lease is up.

I have been ignored i have been lied to and nearly cheated when a sale guy tried to add a 4th year to a lease despite a 6 k factory rebate. I rather drink sand, i rather be set ablaze, i rather be shot then set ablaze then ever buy or lease another Lexus again.

I have never been treated so poorly by this company and especially this dealership. Since it was bought b auto nation they lost all dignity and respect and i hope they all get legionnaires disease and die *** bags.

Treated Poorly at Lexus of Palm Beach

I visited the Lexus of Palm Beach Dealership on 2/19/18. I was interested in buying the 2015 RC 350.

The sale person was very nice and informative. Once he introduced me to the the sales manager Eli Garcia things turned ugly. Eli was very arrogant and made me feel like I was annoying him. He walked into the office with a paper that had the sales details on it.

Whatever question I asked him his standard answer was NO. He told me twice if I didn't want the car that was fine with him. Eli is a terrible salesman and has no people skills or personality. I'm surprised Lexus allows this type of behavior at their dealership.

If you're looking to buy a used car from this dealership prepare yourself for an unpleasant experience. I went to JM Lexus on Sample Road and was treated very different.

Terrible service

was scheduled for oil and filter service at 10 AM. Came in at 9:50.

Left the car with keys. At 10:30 got a call from Fransesca who said she was looking for me. Asked why she was looking. She said that she didn't know what I was in for.

Explained again - for oil and filter and that everybody knew that. Came back in 10 minutes. The car wasn't even started on yet. Asked Fransesca how long it would take to change oil and filter.

She said that when they get to it, it would be at least an hour more.

Had to leave without service. at 10:40

Still NO PHONE CALL from anybody at their corporate office about the problem! They don't give a *** about their customers once they have your money!

Bought a Lexus IS350 from Lexus of Palm Beach in March 2015 and was sold 4 warranty's to protect the $40,000 + car. ( 1st mistake)

Jan 2016 the car was totaled due to an *** that doesn't know how to drive! This started the nightmare we have been in ever since with Lexus Corp. and Lexus of Palm Beach. After numerous visits to the dealership and numerous phone calls to them we still can't get all the money owed from the contracts! All you get is the run around from them and numerous lies! It has taken almost 2 months of *** to get to this point!When I got someone to finally file the paperwork that got screwed up to! So another month has been charged on the expensive contracts. 10 months total of having the car and now 11 months being charged because they screwed it up!

Lexus extended warranty 7 year - $2650. + tax

Refund amount $2058.26 no tax refund 27% loss

Apperance protect 5 year - $499. + tax

Refund amount $0 100% pure profit for AUTONATION

Dent Protect Lux 5 year - $639. + tax

Refund amount $472.18 26% loss

T&W Ultra Lux 5 year - $899. +tax

Refund amount $684.16 24% loss

I can't believe how much of thieves they are with these contracts and their total lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Nobody buys these contracts with the expectation of their car being totaled by an *** within 10 months or with the knowledge of how much profit their is for these companies!! I have tried numerous times to get a hold of the GM of this dealership and other Auto Nation dealerships with no luck. Finally got to the GM of Delray Ford trying to get a number to their corporate office. He said he would find one and call me back, I'm still waiting for that LIAR to call me back! I'm not holding my breathe, since they all are LIARS!!! I have left messages with a number for Auto Nation in Ft. Laud, but no response from them (what a surprise with their customer service).

Total loss on these contracts is $1661.34 for nothing and multiple hours of BS trying to get someone to actually help with a simple freaking problem!! Lexus Warranty was no *** help either they said it's the dealerships problem with the wrong cancellation date and the sales tax!

I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM AUTO NATION AGAIN OR LEXUS!!!

Still waiting for almost 3 months for the tax on the Lexus warranty to be refunded! Extended warranties are just money makers for them!

Still no contact from Auto Nation Corporate office! They don't give a *** about their customers!!!!!

Lexus of Palm Beach Florida 2015

on 10/9/2015, went to make a purchase of a 2015 RX 350. after negotiations with the wonderful sales man (David Lee).

His mgr Chris Walters was summoned to agree/disagree with my offer & to see if my valid negotiation was possible especially since I was putting down more than 50% of the cost. Not only was Chris Walters approach rude & unacceptable but his comments & negative attitude completely turned me away.

My impression was that he didn't believe that I had the funds to make my purchase & because I was a minority it just wasn't possible. He was a total turn off & I will never recommend ever doing business with him especially after spending more that 6 hours there
