Share my poor experience at the dealership
- - Price dropped from $56k to $51k; paid by check and two cards; told to take the car home with one key, then billed $9,500 due to a billing error.
I went to Lexus of Englewood in New Jersey to look at a Lexus Nx350 on August 24, 2024. The sales person Joce asks me for $56000.
I said no, its too expensive; after some negotiating, we agreed on $51,000. I paid the total price with a check and two credit cards. They said I must take the car home that day. They only gave me one key.
The following Monday, when I went to get the second key, Natalia, the finance manager said theres been a mistake.
She missed a zero when she processed my credit card, and charged me $500 instead of $5000 on one of my credit cards. She also said she mistakenly counted an extra $5000 deposit in their calculations. So now I owe them $9500.
They said I must pay that day, or they will call the police. They will tow my car.

The sales person lied to my face to me and my wife
And on direct question answers , the Rx 350 has having ten miles. She has my wife sign papers
Stating we say odometer reading.even though we asked to see the car to have my six year old daughter
Especially to inspect it . She told us we can leave that part blank. Once we say the vehicle it had 189 miles
4 broken down tires, 3 scratched rims, ripped leather seats, dirty, white dried out stuff all over,was given
Only one key, as quote other was broken.looked to us
Mileage was turned back. Now they refuse to give us back our 3500 deposit. Do not trust them ,
