Worst internet sales manager

On numerous ocassions walee awad manager told me he had the vehicle that I wanted, so me being *** went down to the dealer and guess what the car was not there. I wasted my time and gas, I had to cuss this *** at the dealership. This is the typical bait and switch that dealers like to play. They lie through there teeth just to get you There. Bad Sales and Manager

I went to cerritos Lexus knowing the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase. The sales person said they can locate the car I wanted and we decided to negotiate the price. He asked what I wanted for the price of the vehicle and I said $xxxxx.xx out the door which includes license, registration, and fees. He came back after confirming with his manager the final price which was $400 above what I wanted knowing that price was out the door. I agreed and waited while he fill out my information. He was computer illiterate by the way he type. After entering my information, which took him a long time, he came back 5 minutes later and said he lost all the data and had to re-enter it again. After about 45min of waiting, the manager came out with a paper with the amount we agreed but plus tax, registration, and fees. The manager tried to have me sign and agree the price without explaining the numbers. I saw the bottom line which was ~$4000 above what we agreed. He basically try to pull a quick one on me. We then had to start the whole process again and re-negotiate the price of the vehicle. I only continued because they had the color and option I wanted. Basically it was a very bad experience over all at the cerritos lexus. The particular sales was not very helpful. He was not particular friendly. Before our deal was even over, he started helping other customers. The sales manager was the same.

Cerritos Lexus Free Car Wash; False Gimmick

When looking to buy a new car I was torn between a Lexus and an Acura. My siblings also had a Lexus or Acura and they each loved their car. I finally decided on the Lexus because my sister told me how Lexus had good customer service and gave free car washes any time during their services hours. Well, at Cerritos Lexus in Cerritos, CA this is a just a gimmick to get you to buy. The last few times I have gone I am told they are too busy and it would be at least two to three hour wait. When I spoke to one of the senior managers he thanked me for letting him know, but he did nothing. If I was him I would have gone and washed my car myself if one of his employees that was standing around couldn't do it.

I work for a Lexus dealer and you need to understand, there are customers who are in for service and car washes BY APPOINTMENT. How on earth do you expect excellent service when you expect to walk in or call and expect a wash any time you want WITHOUT an appointment to give the dealer time to organize their day.

You are so slow to understand how a business works and are clueless of others around you in your life.

You should have bought the Acura, Lexus customer like you are terrible and worthless.


Here is an actual conversation I had with a Lexus of Cerritos representative regarding the free car wash? I guess you were right about the free car wash gimmick.

You: I was wondering if your dealership has resumed offering complementary car washes to those who had purchased their lexus auto from Cerritos Lexus

You: ok

Madison Barwick: Can you please provided an contact number and email address so that one of our sales team members can contact you and setup an appointment You: Why do I need to setup an appt to answer this question?

It is either yes or no. Madison Barwick: Thank you for chatting with us today and enjoy the day.


If you bought a Lexus because you get free car washes you really are a dumb ***. why not get out of the house you lazy bastid ans wash it yourself
