Extremely bad terrible experience and fraudulent services

We trade in our brand new car with the Lexus RX 350 **** online with legit dealership (Lexus Kingston). With all the agreed terms and condition, we drove 250 Kms to reach there from our home with kids to this trusted and legit dealership to get our First car of Lexus from them. We had truck, SUV and a car before that so we have plenty of experiences with the dealership and like other people we do have blind trust with such big names as they are not any private dealership who May fraud or play tricks with the customers. Though this is our first time online buying experience as we live so far from Kingston but still we got that trust that whatever the sales agent and the company are saying for their car is for sure true because they care for their customers. When we reached there, we had horrible experience as all our trust on the dealerships shattered down. Terrible customer services,, no one is asking to view your car or sit with the kids somewhere. We entered came out of the car and a a financial service Manager Corey Cohen who stood there already and call me for immediate signing of the documents though I didnt bother such a hurry as this was a big name so didnt doubt there. with less than five minutes I signed there and Mr. Corey Chohen had given me all the papers in a rough file surprisingly that is a random file doesn't belong to Lexus, also there were no warranty papers at all in the file no nothing that they promised. What we observed about their fraudulent services, 1. both front doors of car with rusty marks and spots all over and they didnt disclose this thing before we buying the car. 2 Car was not even cleaned. Solutions offered by GM 1. GM claimed that it was just a dust marks also he said the white Lexus cars develop these marks.How irresponsible and ruthless behavior was that. 2. Stay anywhere for 3 to 4 hrs We will fix it for you. (With small kids). 3. Get it home get them fixed and send the bill. 4. Eat lunch I will pay for it. (Are they giving us free car or are we beggars who ending up paying 74 grands for which we are getting this rusty and fraudulent services). The sales guy Dale Jackson who was with us from the beginning was totally vanished from scene. We didnt seem him. After wasting whole day they keep the car and will give us on Monday. Thank you Lexus for treating your customers like this. We bought your car with joy .first time and will not buy any again. You totally ripped us

Terrible service at Spinelli Lexus Lachine

Was to buyback a previously rented Ct200h. Seller, Spinelli Lexus Lachine made me waste weeks in back and forth emails trying to sell me a newer car. Made me waste two days at the strore. Medhi Semsari, a seller there, ended up threatening me of 'niking my race, niking my wife'! In front of withnesses! I was frightened! Seller, Spinelli Lexus Lachine made me waste weeks in back and forth emails trying to sell me a newer car. Made me waste two days at the strore. Filled up a complaint with Lexus Canada, as with the locale police, and had to change dealer to make the transaction. Never ever do go there...

Cold Start Problem

I have a 2010 RX 350 with approx. 90000 kms and noticed a loud ticking noise when I start in morning...usually goes away in 10 mins of driving. Contacted dealer and he said it was "normal" and all RX 350's made from 2010 -**** have same noise, which is BS. Friend has 2011 and quite as ever. Ive contacted Lexus Canada and they take the side of the dealer. To me this is not normal as a $45000 vehicle should not make this awful ticking noise. It almost sounds like a diesel engine. This is my 2nd Lexus and this situation is not fixed it'll be my last one. I hope this doesn't affect the engine in the long run. Any suggestions ?

Dont trust the Warranty

I purchased a Lexus from a dealer here in Canada that purchases used Lexus's from the USA. I called Lexus Canada to find out if the warranty was good in both countries! They advised me that it was good and that i can go ahead and purchase the Lexus! Turns out, that that isn't true!!!! I have a part that has not worked in over 1 year and Lexus dealer now says that the part is the responsibility of Lexus USA!!! What a joke! They now want me to talk to Lexus USA about this part and have washed their hands of this complaint!!!
