They don’t stand by their garbage furniture
- - We spent nearly $12k on Tommy Bahama Ocean Club furniture.
- - The veneer is peeling and chipping.
- - Warranty is one year; glue repairs are advised.
We spent almost $12k on Tommy Bahama Ocean Club living and dining room furniture a few years ago. The veneer has started peeling and chipping off many of the pieces.
Lexington customer service says “we only warrantee for a year, buy some glue.” So if you buy Lexington Furniture expect it to fall apart after a year, and the company doesn’t care!!!!
Bad, bad product and customer service is even worse. Astounded!!
